Zane in my AU

SO. Zane is still like emo/grunge in my mystreet au but he's also even more pathetic and nerdy...I also (probably) mentioned this before but Zianna and Sylvanna have been hanging out solidly for about a year prior to the phoenix drop archives so we get more time with the social outcast duo being forced into a kind of friendship and getting along during PDHA. I will also reiterate that because I'm indecisive Dante, KC (who in my au is called Menawan because she's malaysian and I'm pretty sure it means charming), and Zane are all in a lovely polyamorous relationship where the two pixie-coloured ones love their little chud boyf. Also his eye wasn't damaged by Garroth although that was what their parents always told them. And Garroth wasn't always the favourite.

Aarmau

I need to yap about aarmau again because I am an aarmau FREAK. So, I started off watching the mystreet series and I found them so silly and goofy only to find, as I get online, that everyone fucking hates them?? Some are the og garmau and laurmau guys and like...ok yeah you guys can beef but also y'all act like Aaron shat in your coffee omg/j And the others are the super senior Aaron hater but like guys...the only 'sign' of him being a super senior was either Travis or Vylad saying he kinda looked like one. He's also born in december, which tbf is way later in the series, but mans is AT MOST 18 turning 19 years old in PDH season one and at least 17 turning 18 because if he was nineteen he would've been turning twenty. That doesn't mean I'm happy w the whole romance, I made him a junior in my year for that exact reason. Also the whole 'MCD aarmau ruined every other ship' when lowkey Garroth and Laurance ruined it for themselves anyway, also I kind of think that Laurance was always cooked? We SAW that Shadow knights always gave in eventually, even Vylad did for a period of time before the whole story. Garroth got screwed over though because he isn't that gullible. I actually prefer MCD aarmau because of the fact they bond over their experiences as lord and how it meant Aaron could relate to Aphmau in a way the other two couldn't as her guards. Mystreet Aarmau is just two nerds in the same fandoms who ended up being IRL friends and getting together, they're just chill and I find them sweet. Mermaid tails Aarmau i'm still figuring out but so far I like it Fuck the surprise pregnancy tho, Lilith should've gotten the relic.

I need to talk about this because like Aug eur grrrrrrrrrrruuhhh my heart hurts but in a bittersweet way not a super sad way, I like shed a few tears after I finished watching the episode Anthony and Asa are absolutely endlessly adorable, THEY GOT MARRIED LETS GO, and I'm so glad we got that like happy-ending type thing especially since the end credits show that they're together in every universe which makes me so happy. Muriel and eric my favs My boy jesus, god I wish we had a full season. He was amazing but I wish we had so much more time. Also him n adam getting drinks together at the end was so good. Speaking of god, love the casting and I love how it depicts her as kind of like...harsh? I don't want to call her a bad person because I don't think that's right but I think she's selfish, which makes sense since she's literally god, but it's fascinating to me and I love this portrayal of god. Michael is literally our crash-out queen, I honestly completely understand her because I would not be able to handle 6000 years w gabriel as my boss

IM BACK...again

urrrr I'm working on voice claims for my version of the aphverse and making a little to-do list of stuff I need to do. I don't know where to find good polish accented characters so if I can't I will just give Aaryn a voice that sounds closest. Some updates - I'm planning on making Michi Michaels vessel since I've got a whole side-plot planned 4 Ein. In my AU Michi or Maeng Hyun-ah is very selfish out of necessity, in DOAL she and her brother ran from Tu'la and became street orphans requiring selfishness for survival and in AA she and Tae were often left alone in the house for long periods of time. In both cases she (being the older sister) took the brunt of that feeling of needing to put themselves above others which is also why Tae is way more open and sacrificial in his actions.

This is how Jess should've done it. /j So Laurance gets possessed by Ghost and starts flirting with Zane which freaks him out (and awakens something in Zane but that's for a dif post.). He tells Garroth he thinks he's flirting with Zane and poor old Garroth starts feeling... Jealous. Which then gets more developed through Aph's year and Starlight/WAF How strange Teehee ,(≧▽≦)

Uhh SO I was struggling with what to do for dante, zane and KC Cuz like...its a big point of discussion for a lot of people who like those characters. um

They're all dating lol. I thought it would be better if I just made it polyamorous because it also gives me an opportunity to make new dynamics between Dante and Zane :3 While I'm here. Some KC talk.

In one of my older posts I mentioned I renamed her. This is because Kawaii-chan is veryyyy...2015 core that uses japanese culture to be fun cuz it was popular at the time. Also because i'm pretty sure the only 'asian' characters were Michi and KC (technically Kai too) and their both meant to be japanese (i think?) So I made KC malaysian. Her birth name is Chahaya Binti Bijaya and she calls herself Menawan since it's meant to mean the person is also charming behaviour wise and KC tries to be a good person. I'm super sorry if I get anything wrong, I'm not fully versed in the kinds of stuff prevelant in Malay naming n all that so please feel free to mention it if I get smth wrong (๑>◡<๑)

New update! Aster has four arms now. Yep that's right. gave her more freak. It's unavoidable. She keeps two tucked against her back to make her appear more human but it just makes it seem like she's got insane back muscles. Also um...Lore time? Woah, who saw this coming. What is the difference between a Demon and a Shadow knight? - Demons are born from an overwhelming amount of negative emotion in a magical being. There are humanoid and non-humanoid (very oversimplified). They are much more common in the fourth region due to the overabundance of mana and therefore magical users but are instead referred to as grief-walkers or sea-sleepers depending on which side you're on and tend to be more docile than Demons in Tu'la, Gal'ruk and Ru'aun. - Shadow knights are almost always from Ru'aun and are only manifested by anger at their own demise. They're people who were forced into dealings with the Shadow lord and are in a way being puppeted by him to gain him his freedom. Many Shadow knights became that way unwillingly and hid away through the realm, usually they are most commonly found in Tu'la or the fourth realm due to how far they are from Ru'aun and the distance weakens the pull of the call...or they find a way to sever that connection permanently. Both however have forms that represent those causes. Shadow knights with their secondary Shadow knight forms and Demons with their magic usually creating a 'shell' around the original form. For example, Gene's shadow knight form has a removable head (since he was beheaded). He can either remove it in its entirety or create a spine-like chain that makes it function similarly to a flail/blunt throwing weapon. While a demon, like the demon warlock ((≖ᴗ≖ ✿)) still technically holds the form of the original being inside but it has been 'twisted' by excessive mana exertion.

I have arrived from my vacation and am starting it off with an early post. and guess what pookies. The fics first chapter is done. Hey gangalicious, gonna be away for the next 8 Days so here's a rapid fire of a bunch of headcanons - Aster hates people touching her hair and does everything herself, although she eventually lets Aaryn touch and style her hair because he's got soft hands. - Aaryn uses the bandana in MCD because he's got a sensitivity to light that means he's either squinting all the time or constantly rubbing his eyes without it on. - In Mystreet Dante is the first one to find out that Ein is Zach's secret love child and makes Aster help him hide Ein in their closet - Mystreet Gene is the kind of older brother that wakes the others up in the morning by playing music too loud, also he always eats the other two's food. - Dante would make Ein tea because Ein struggled with sleeping and this led to Ein being a tea-drinker as an adult - Laurance really likes horses and actually had one of his own as a kid that he learned to ride since his parents own a farm. - Garroth has a stutter that becomes more prevalent when nervous but particularly on words that start with an S sound. - Zane has been to prison in Mystreet but nobody knows why and he has never told anybody why. - Vylad has freckles that are almost identical to Zanes and it makes him feel more connected to his family. - In MCD, Travis is considerably less flirty and more just really blunt in his compliments which make him come off as creepy due to lack of socialisation. - Chahaya (KC) gets really self-conscious when her roots show so she has a pink-wig in the same shade as her dye that she uses sometimes. - Katelyn obviously exhibits more masculine traits due to the environment she grew up in but her dad would also put in a effort to try foster some feminine interests so there are pictures in his wallet of her, her brothers and him having tea-parties and stuff. She also took a similar role as Gene just to a lesser extent, which is why she's so protective of her brothers.

Okay so lemme talk abt my MCD Aster rq cuz like I mentioned how she's freaky but she's FREAKY. I can't do her character design because I have sub-par art skills for a design of her complexity-ish, might be overselling my own creativity obviously. Her whole design is meant to teeter on the line of human where if you look at her you're like 'oh pretty woman with horns and claws' but look for too long and you start noticing that her neck is just too long, her eyes don't blink right, her ears are too pointy, she has gills, there's a slightly translucent layer of skin by her heart, her skin feels like membrane and she's overall just not quite right. I want it to be very clear over time that she's like...a non-human in a very shoddy human disguise.

And omg guess what extra bit of Mystreet info. - Aaryn is blind, like legally, and he requires glasses but never wears them because it makes him look cringe. This also may or may not impact the effectiveness of his ultima eyes :3 - Rachel is Polish, so from the ages of 7-12 (right after the forever project to like 4 years before PDH) Aaryn grew up in Poland because Derek did not want to risk Michael coming back and getting to him. It's one of the reasons he's so crap at socialising is because he went from living in a whole different country to military school to public school. - Aaryn gets weird over mouth noises like chewing, snoring and swallowing/gulping - Got a slight accent when he speaks. - Really likes snow, partially from instinct and partially because it reminds him of moments in his childhood - During Mystreet s1 - Lovers lane Aaryn used his mother's maiden name as his last name to separate himself from the Lycan name so he was legally Aaryn Koziel. ✧ദ്ദി( ˶^ᗜ^˶ )
