That’s actually a theory incorporated into M-theory (string theory)
Sorry, I just used the word theory three times.
Basically, there is a possibility, if string theory is correct and atoms are actually made up of tiny strings vibrating in 10 dimensions, we could have infinite parallel universes inside each and every quark contained in our body. We’re huge to them, and tiny to the universe WE are contained in.
How bout that? There could be billions upon trillions of creatures, things, worlds, inside each atom inside us. Infinite universes in one quark.
Mia your geek is showing.
This is why I study physics.
…whoah. brb, contemplating this forever.
So does that mean that when we die all those billions of universes and creatures The statedie within us?
I knew I am a god
I fucking knew it
holy crap that is like world-ception
I could be wrong because I haven’t studied M-Theory all that much but pretty sure this isn’t true…. At all. M-Theory talks about branes not brains. Branes as in we live on a 3dimensional membrane. Not inside someones brain. Besides the “string” of string theory has a definite size. So that alone means it can’t be an endless regression of “atom universes”. M-Theory suggest a lot of crazy things but this is not one of them.
The premise that M-Theory states an existence of an infinite regression of universes, implying the smallest common denominator of all matter is simply another universe. M-Theory is simply a part of string theory which theorizes there are a total of 11 dimensions (which according to the math is the highest number of dimensions that could be theoretically stable), which is basically the 4 dimensions we experience every day and 7 additional “higher” dimensions which we cannot detect or interact with directly. M-Theory introduces ‘branes’ which are multi-dimensional objects. Note that Brane and Brain are two different words. Note that homophones do not warrant complete and utter pseudoscience. And finally, the theory that the tiniest constituents of atoms are actually entire universes is a real theory out there, but when I say theory, I actually mean completely experimentally-unsupported theories that were cooked up in someone’s brain. Which is fair enough, we haven’t detected any particles or constituents of matter that are smaller than quarks (or perhaps some of the force-carrying particles such as gluons and pions)

Glass Frog
The glass frog is a fascinating little creature. While most of the frog’s body is lime green, the abdominal skin is translucent. Most of the internal organs, including the heart, liver, and gastrointestinal tract are visible through its translucent skin. The glass frog is also very small in size, ranging from 3 to 7 cm.
If Earth Had Rings
First off, they would be really pretty to look at. They would also dominate the sky in both night and day at exactly the same place as they would never rise nor set. And at night you would see the Earth’s shadow swing across the rings, like in the 4th photo here.
However, life would be very different on Earth if this were the case. Nocturnal animals would have a hard time being nocturnal, as the light reflecting from the rings would illuminate the night.
Because we are closer to the Sun than Saturn is, the rings would be more rocky than ice, making them less bright but still pretty bright. In fact, you would see far less stars at night (living anywhere other than the equator or the arctic circle) because of the light pollution and not to mention ruin most meteor showers because of that.
During the day the rings would block sunlight in certain regions of the planet creating wild weather cycles and effecting plant life as well. So basically, they would be definitely pretty to look at but they would also make a whole lot of things screwy.
