Also, for anyone wondering why exactly I left besides being overwhelmed on here: I was somewhat in the middle of helping myself out of a serious depression thing that lasted 8 years, only started getting better in late November and April was when I was having some setbacks and keeping up with everything on here was not helping at the time, but I am back and doing a lot better!

I have eaten 3-4 times in the past 5 hours, idk what it is but after anywhere between half an hour to a full hour after I eat I feel like in starving again, I can hold off on eating just fine, but I have bad memory so sometimes I'll forget I ate not that long ago and only remember once I'm either already making the food or halfway through it 🥲
