These warm Wednesday mornings call for a sweet and chocolatey breakfast. I caught up on some sleep this morning that my mind and body desperately needed. Sometimes it’s the heat and other times it’s my polluted mind that stops me from sleeping, recently it has been both. I went to the beach yesterday afternoon and swam in the ocean and came home feeling free and happy. My face was covered in sea salt and I decided to wash my hair in cold water just before going to bed. Then I read for too long and struggled to keep my eyes on the words but I didn’t want to put it down. My morning has been slow and quiet. Cleaning, eating, reading. I promise I do a lot more than that! Soon I’ll be walking to work for the rest of the day and I sure do hope that I don’t have to deal with as many nasty customers as last time.
