Project Information: What We Do, How To Search/Tag, Image Guidelines
What The Project Is:
The goal of the project is to provide a running image catalog of all tack and items in the Horse Isle 3 in the various colors available to us. As there are a wide variety of dyes to acquire and tack to dye, this project is something that cannot be done alone.
As it stands we do not provide a database for making the dyes themselves; that is a separate project and task in and of itself.
Even if you only have one piece of tack in a specific color, it will help us out TREMENDOUSLY as we catalog everything from super popular colors to niche colors.
How to Search for Tack & Dyes:
For looking up / tagging all items, it will go as follows:
[ITEM NAME] [ SPACE ] [DYE NAME]
Then, we will use each individual item tag and then the dye tag so people can shop / browse in different colors.
For example, if you wanted to see a Monotone English Saddle in Northern Turnpike-ish, youâd want to search the tag âmonotone english saddle northern turnpike-ishâ in our search bar.
Image Guidelines & How to Help:
You can help by sending in images that follow these guidelines. See the bottom for where to send them in:
We require one image of the horse in the horse viewing panel, and an image of the horse out in the world, close up (horse entirely in frame but not standing tons of meters away). Cursors / crosshairs should be invisible or off the horse.
Image of horse in the world should be during the day so all the details / color can be viewed better. Horse should ideally be 13.2hh or higher to fully enjoy details.
Horses wearing saddles should wear white saddlepads OR saddlepads complimenting the color of the saddle theyâre wearing. Horses may wear bridles that compliment or match the dye color being shown off with the other tack.
Blankets & saddlepads should be shown off by themselves. Leg wraps should be shown by themselves or with tack that compliment their dye color.
Head gear, bows, etc. should be worn by themselves or shown off with tack that matches their color.
