BACKDATED  /  two months ago.

        since the injury, everything passes eunchae by in a blur. she’s been living on autopilot, one foot in front of the other, going through the motions and yet never truly feeling the weight of the breaths she takes anymore. the dreams have only made things worse, torment seizing even the darkest moments of the night, the few hours that once would have offered her a fleeting period of respite from reality.

        every blink and every breath aches━eunchae wonders if this is what it means to be achingly human and if maybe, in a warped sense, she’s never really lived up until now.

        she barely wakes up in time for the interview they’ve set her up for today, barely even registers that it’s something she has to do. between her new job at turtle & bird and trying to trudge her way through the daily routines of settling in, eunchae’s days have been, for the most part, colorless. today’s not going to be any different, she thinks, until she arrives at the interview ( ten minutes late, but at least she showed up at least ) and a familiar face enters her line of sight.

        the genuine smile that instantly spreads across her face as the male’s identity dawns on her is hard to miss, equal parts amused from the recollection of their first meeting just days ago and pleasantly surprised that they’re meeting again. “say, are you stalking me? i don’t know if i should be flattered or freaked out,” she teases, deadpan expression settling upon her features for just a moment, only to make way for an even wider smile. eunchae never quite learned to be subtle. “or maybe we’re just really fated.”

( star, 18+, she/her, gmt+8. ) — ko eunchae ( & kim doyeon, weki meki ) is a twenty-two year old Dreamer dreaming a dream of the sky who has been part of the Collective for two months. she works as a former figure skater & barista at turtle & bird coffee and is known for being conscientious and detached. look closer, however, and you may find that she reminds you of crying in the mcdonald’s parking lot, not recognizing yourself in the mirror, and the smushed end of a new lipstick.

hi sweethearts! i am so embarrassingly late━so i will cut to the chase! here is ko eunchae, former figure skater who recently suffered an injury that took her entire figure skating career away from her....and current aimless drifting haze. i am not only late, but also horribly unprepared, so her pages are bare at the moment but you will find a rundown on her below the cut that will have basically everything you’ll need to know about her! drop a like to let me know i can come bother you for plotting ( and if d!scord is easier for you, feel free to ask for mine! ) 💕

as mentioned, she was a figure skater before joining the collective. she was training at the taereung training center, but basically got kicked out because she suffered an injury and will never be able to figure skate like before anymore.

that’s when the dreams started for her, and with some research, she found her way to the collective!

eunchae comes from your typical rich family that places all their grandiose dreams on their kids ( and her mum always wanted to be a national figure skater but never made it, which was the only reason why eunchae even began figure skating ), so they have completely no idea about her no longer being at taereung, much less that she’s here.

she currently resides in the south building ( god knows she needs that free housing ) and works as a barista at turtle & bird coffee to get by.

old eunchae, pre-injury, was definitely more of a people-pleaser, very golden girl material ( think claire standish from the breakfast club ) but now that she’s hanging in limbo, she’s just..... really stressed lol.

so she is now a lot more detached & distant than she used to be, and might come off as a little stand-offish?

she is slowly wrapping her mind around the idea that she will never get her old life back, but the more that’s happening, the more guilt and anguish creeps up on her. fun, fun!

she’s quite a new muse to me still, so i’m also getting the hang of her, and i know that right now i’m maybe making her sound terrible to be around... but please don’t let that stop you from coming to plot with us! i promise she’s better than i am making her sound.

also i have like half a brain cell at any single time & i’m terrible at intro posts, but i promise to do better when we’re actually plotting! i am so excited to see eunchae grow alongside all your wonderful muses, and i’m always down for anything━all the good, bad, and ugly ( & especially the ugly! ) ♡
