hey, at the moment i’m not even half finished with it because it’s a very thorough timeline and a lot has happened over the past few months to prevent me from working on it. be patient, it’ll come eventually

so uhhhh who wants to hear about my personal headcanon relating to the killjoys timeline?

The shop is deserted—the middle of the week was always slow as the snails lurking in the plants out back, but Tommy stubbornly keeps the shop open. God knows he can’t afford to close the shop, even if there was nothing to do but flip through back issues of Shiny.

The silence is shattered by an incoming transmission, the crackle of the static far too loud in the quiet shop. Tommy raises an eyebrow—only a handful of people had his frequency, and even then, only D and Cherri ever really called him.

“Tommy.”

Tommy blinks. He knows the voice—kinda difficult to forget Kobra Kid after he and Cherri nearly destroyed his shop trying to fight off a BLI raid. After only a moment of hesitation, Tommy hits the talk button. “Kid?”

“Tommy,” Kobra pants. “You remember all the times you said you owed me one? I’m callin’ in all those favors now.”

Labored breathing. Shaky, pained voice. Tommy cuts right to the chase. “Kid, I need you to tell me what’s going on.”

I love danger days, I love this world that Gee had created. I also hated Korse because of what he did but then I read the comics and like, Dude, Gerard loves playing with my emotions

(i feel like this might be related to my Controversial Opinion abt the comics but if it isnt lmk sdfhdfjkdfgj i just dont usually get questions abt the comics out of the blue like this)

tbh im not sure if gerard was planning that twist all this time or if it was something he added when he revisited the danger days universe (which is fair lmao i mean obviously new ideas will come up when you revisit something), but tbh i found it a little underwhelming? i don’t mind that he made korse a sympathetic villain, but like... that doesnt mean he had to have a redemption arc y’feel me?
