Help me and my coworker move out

This is something that I hate doing, but I need to share this everywhere I can.

For the past few days, my coworker and I have been talking about rooming together at some point this year, due to our mental health being down the gutter for a long time now. I had already been meticulously planning a budget and apartment hunting for the two of us, especially as we plan to stay in the same town we're already in. However, things took a turn for the worse when my coworker tried to suggest the idea to her family to ease them into it.

My coworker's family reacted very badly and is now wanting her out by this upcoming August, and this throws a MASSIVE wrench into our plans as we were planning to save up first. I have not yet told my parents since I want us to be financially secure before we take the plunge, but I simply can't leave her hanging.

I have started a GoFundMe to gain enough funds that will leave us secure for a while. Any amount and sharing this anywhere helps a ton.
