I know we as trans guys love marble hornets deeply and want to headcanon all of them as trans but.... on rewatch I'm realizing that these guys walk around these abandoned places with what I can only describe as the audacity and confidence of a cisgender man. Hello! I have a $445 base rent ( ~$500 per month counting utilities/fees ) room in a 4p 2br 1 cat apartment at The Village at Chandler Crossings. Unfortunately, due to disability and medical problems, I have lost my job and have to move back upstate with my folks for long-term treatment. I need to find someone to transfer my lease to before I run out of money in my savings (2 months).

Additional information about the apartment:

24/7 access to the complex' clubhouse, which has a gym, lounge with games and community kitchen, 2 floor study area with computers and study rooms. There is an in-ground pool and basketball court.

15/20 minute bus ride to campus, stops are on the complex and tenants are given free all-season bus passes regardless of student status.

My unit is ground floor, with a washer and dryer, kitchen with full utilities, and my room comes with a bed + desk and chair + dressers + nightstand provided by the complex

As a tenant you have access to a free on-campus lounge only available to Chandler Crossing residents, which has several options for study rooms, a computer lab, and free snacks and drinks ( I've used it to focus on my own projects, it's really nice! Great for solo AND group study )
