Why Zeebad Twin Brothers?

Do you think they are twin brothers? That is what I used to think but I also am open to think they aren’t too. I have many different lore stories in my head for Zebedee and Zeebad because I can see them as brothers and as not. What do you think?

Zeebad originally reigned over the world for millennia in prehistoric times. According to Zebedee, Zeebad kept the world frozen in ice for thousands of years (suggesting Zeebad may have caused the ice age), until 10,000 years ago, Zebedee ended Zeebad's rule, and imprisoned him in the magic roundabout carousel to prevent him from freezing the world over again.

Yeah I thought about that too and lwk I wish we knew more about Zebedee’s and Zeebad’s relationship before everything like that went down… Like why did Zeebad call Zebedee a “traitorous thief” (in the uk version), how would Zebedee present as a traitor? It makes me wonder if Zebedee pretended to join Zeebad’s force for some time until he could overpower him or maybe they were friends at one point or maybe even they are brothers cuz they look similar? Idk.
