(Sims Partner) This chandelier is base game compatible and has 3 length options, short, medium, and long. It has 24 swatches. It is fairly high poly due to the number of spheres, so if your computer isn't strong I would be careful placing many on one lot. It does have a lower poly LOD, so when viewed from a distance it should be less intense on the game's performance.

Each height has its own file, plus a merged file that contains all 3 lights in one file.

Delay in this month's CC

My (usually) monthly CC post will likely be delayed this month as I am in exam season and have several exams one day after the other, but once they're done I should have an easier time getting an upload out.

Mods and Custom Content Not Loading in Latest Update

If anyone is unaware, there's a known bug in the latest update from earlier today where some custom content and mods are not loading/working at all. This is an EA side issue, and they've posted that they're currently working on a fix. If you haven't updated your game yet, I would advise waiting until this bug is fixed if you play with mods and CC.

Update: The bug has been fixed and mods/cc should work properly in the latest patch!

Sims 4 Marketplace & Why I Won't Upload There

I just wanted to make a post to clarify my plan going forwards in regards to the recent announcement of the Sims 4 Maker Marketplace. I have no intentions on uploading my CC to the marketplace or moving my content back behind a paywall. My CC will continue to be uploaded to my Patreon for free and crossposted to Tumblr.

If in the future the marketplace allows for uploads to be listed for free & I can upload it in multiple places, I will reconsider and possibly upload both there and on Patreon to increase user accessibility, but it will never replace my primary uploading elsewhere.

5 Thrones Pack

(Sims Partner) This CC pack requires the Royalty and Legacy Expansion pack. There are 5 thrones (individual files + a merged version containing all thrones), each with different swatches. Most are fairly high poly (except the Shell throne, which is the lowest), so I would advise against placing 100 of them on a single lot.

The Vampire Throne has 12 swatches, the Stone Throne has 36 swatches (each with a mossy version), the Art Deco Throne has 25 Swatches, the Fae Throne has 24 swatches, and the Shell Throne has 20 swatches.

Northton - Sims 2 Custom Neighborhood (No CC)

This isn't what I usually post here, but I also make some Sims 2 content, including custom hoods from time to time. I recently completed my 3rd totally custom hood, all buildings, sims, terrain, etc are unique to this hood and made by me, and it contains/requires no CC.

It has 15 households, 53 playable premade sims, and 41 lots.

Here's the hood description: "Northton once was a monarchy ruled by the Von Barronsburg family until it was overthrown a few generations back. Ever since it became a democracy, there have been several families vying for the position of most powerful. Who will fill the void, will it be the Lloyd family or their rival Payne family? Will the Von Barronsburgs of old rise back to power? Will the shadowy Knight family take the power they once danced around? Or will it be an unexpected member of the neighborhood?"

This fairy house requires Enchanted By Nature and has 8 swatches. It's slightly high poly, so I wouldn't place 20 of these on one lot if you don't have a powerful PC. It has 2 lower tiers with object slots for decoration, and all animations work properly on it except for the party effects, which just like my previous fairy house, has incorrect locations/masks as I'm still unsure how to override it. This fairy house is fully functional and requires the Enchanted by Nature expansion pack to function. It comes with 8 swatches, 4 colours with a moss variant for each. The only hiccup with it is the during a fairy party, the light mask doesn't align with the windows as I'm currently unsure how to overwrite it. If I figure out how to fix that, I will update the file and this post!
