If kars' ultimate form can essentially create life and his mode his light - life energy and whatnot, what if Santana's was death and destruction hmm? the beginning and the end? i had the impression his mode was earth with how well he endured hamon and sunlight on his own and even withstand the uv lights well. now he hasn't developed the mode completely but he was beginning to.

how this can tie into an ultimate lifeform concept is that earth is what everything returns to. when things die, they decay into the earth, bones turn to dust or become fossils.

yeah for funsies he can manipulate his cells to shape himself into creatures but he can't create life like kars can.

that last part is far fetched but i like the shape shifting concept.
