I’ve been getting asked a lot about what thrive is and why many people so in love with it.

I love grocery shopping so much! I get excited when I see a bunch of healthy food in my fridge just waiting to be eaten. That’s probably weird, but oh well!
This is a pretty good representation of what I usually buy for any given week, but it varies depending on what I plan to cook. I generally buy my meat in bulk once a month and that becomes part of the one or two main dishes that I prepare for the week (for example, I prepped turkey coconut curry meatballs and chicken curry this week) and then most of the things pictured here supplement those meals or are combined to become standalone meals.
Most of this is from Aldi with a few things from Kroger (deli turkey, pb singles, egg whites, bananas), total cost was less than $65. This will last my fiance and I about a week and a half, with the exception of the EIGHT bags of frozen mixed veggies that I bought at Aldi because they were on sale. Hopefully those will last through the month.
