When I was a kid I was orphaned so I spent a lot of time alone. In my 20s it was recharging and soothing. In my 30s long periods of solitude scares me. Its something I have to work through. I dont need another job or hobbies. I need to sit with myself and just relax and exist in rest and nothingness with no pressure
