So I've just booked this place in August giving me approximately 90 days to get my bikini body perfected! I'm going with two other girls who are skinny and beautiful and I seriously need to get myself sorted. The last time the three of us went on holiday together I was 2 stone heavier so there's already an improvement, I just need to focus on toning up now I think.

Food log 1/5/14

Breakfast Weetabix x2 with dash of skimmed milk (hexb + 1/2 hexa) Snack Pinapple and melon (sf) Dinner Pasta with tomato, onion mushroom and spinach n creamy tomato sauce (hexa) Snack X3 ryvita with tomato and gherkin (3) Tea LM veggie sausages x3 (3) mash, carrot, broccoli, cauliflower and cabbage. Gravy (2) Snack Mango, Apple, kiwi and grapes with 30g allbran crunch (2nd hexb) with lemon Greek yogurt (0.5) X2 frozen yogurts. (2.5 ) Total syns 11/15

Food log 24/04/14 Breakfast: 15g allbran (1/2 hexb) , milk (hexa), chopped Apple with banana flapjack (1+ 1/2 hexb) and mangobdanio yogurt (1) Dinner: chicken salad with teriyaki dressing (1.5) Tea: wholemeal pasta, tikka chicken (1) and salad with fat free vinaigrette Snacks: kiwi, mango, grapes, chocolate mint Muller (5) frozen fat free yogurt Total: 9.5/15 Note to self: Mint Muller lights are not worth 5 syns! Been a pretty good day food wise, but pretty shitty work and Uni wise. So tired. Can't wait to leave

Food log 10/4/14

Breakfast Allbran flakes (hexb) milk (hexa) Apple and pear. Weight watchers yogurt Dinner Subway garden side salad ith sweet onion dressing (1) and a Tesco fruit snack pot Tea: Smoked mackerel (1.5) with roasted butternut squash and salad Snacks: Fruit, yogurt, belvita biscuits (hexb +3) mini milky way (3) 1/3 bag of Doritos ooops Not too bad of a day I burnt over 700 calories doing abs blast and spinning at the gym so the Doritos can suck it!

So yesterday I decided to try out the 5:2diet (again) alongside slimmingworld. All was going well with breakfast and Dinner but then I did a 45 minute circuit class and burnt 564 calories. I felt so tired and weak doing the class which made me think I shouldn't exercise on fast days Anyway I went home with the intention of having grilled white fish and stirfry veg for tea. But somehow a small handful of noodles jumped in! By this point I'd gone over 500 calories so I ate a weight watchers yogurt and some prunes :/ and then before bed a bowl of porridge.... So the fast day wasn't successful but I did still only eat 1111 calories which is still low and I burnt half of the amount so a pretty good day really Weigh in tonight but I don't think I'm going to go :( I feel huge n sad

I had a mini binge last night but it's ok I only went 400 or so calories over my daily allowance and I got up at 7.30am ON A SATURDAY to go to the gym and work it off! 400 calories burnt on the treadmill and then I did 30 minutes toning. I was booked into a spin class which would have been even better but it was canceled when I turned up but at least it got me out of bed!

I lost 1/2lb last night which I really wasn't expecting as I was a greedy pig Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday! Greedy greedy greedy! Just goes to show 2 days 100% on plan can bring things back around :) hopefully il lose 1.5lb next week and I'm at my target weight!

Big filling breakfast of allbran flakes and Apple (hexb n hexa) before I whipped up 800 or so words towards my dissertation (10,500 words so far) And I've just walked my puppy around the park for an hour so I thought I'd see how many calories it burns seeing as though dog walking is something I do every day anyway! 164 cal - not too bad really. It's the only exercise I'll be doing today anyway, I'm off to get weighed and then for tea at ny friends. She's promised itl be slimmingworld friendly so fingers crossed

Syn free dinner of couscous stuffed pepper and mushroom with a spinach and tomato salad Just been to gym to do an insane circuit class with an insane scary instructor but it's awesome n I love it n it's painful! But if my watch is correct I just burnt 650calories so go me messed! Cauliflower base pizza experiment tonight- I'll let you know how it goes!

Aprils goals

Self sabotage once again

It's starting to get a little bit ridiculous :/ I tried so hard last week and lost 1.5lb putting me back in my target range and what did I do? The same thing I do every time I have a good loss - go home and pig out. It's turning into a massive cycle of do well - lose weight - pig out - gain weight - do well - lose weight -pig oit etc... I just keep losing and gaining the same 2lbs. I havnt had a day on plan since last Tuesday! It's ridiculous! I've had days where I've stuck to plan food wise but then gone out n drank stupid amounts of wine or vodka red bulls. Well enough is enough. I've been on plan today and I will be tomorrow and Wednesday and I'll see how I feel about getting weighed. If I still feel like a massive bloated whale il skip weigh in this week. I know I'm only cheating myself but I can't deal with the annoying old women who does the weigh in informing me (once again) that if I don't get my weight down in my target range by next week I'll have to pay again. Shut up Brenda! 100% on plan week + NO alcohol! I can do this!

Lost 1.5lb :) I was hoping for 2lb but I won't be greedy This was my tea last night (2 syns for gravy and 1 for teeny tiny amount of butter in my mash) Having said that I massively went over my syns allowance last night. Like massively....45?!? I wasn't going to admit it but I'm only lying to myself and I've decided that instead of getting all wound up about it I'm going to draw a line under it and start afresh today. I'm currently in library having a little cry about my dissertation and then I'm going to go home and do a work out in my spare room!

25/03/14 food log

Breakfast: 2 eggs scrambled, bacon, tomato and mushroom Dinner: lettuce, tomato, onion, pepper, cucumber, gherkin, chilli, sweetcorn with grilled tuna steak Tea: homemade chilli and tomato soup with 1 slice of wholemeal (hexb) And a chicken salad (3 syns for sauce) Snacks: mango, kiwi, Muller light Apple pie (1), carrot and celery sticks Only used 4 syns so far today. Shares bought me a creme egg but I think I'm going to save it until after I get weighed tomorrow. I might make up so porridge with blueberries and strawberries as a night time snack as I'm always hungry when get in from work!
