Africans literally invented manifestation. Our names hold so much meaning and parents are so intentional with how they choose our names. Like I've seen so many people make fun of people who name their children stuff like Patience, Excellence, Hope. But it's done with intention every time someone speaks your name they're speaking that into your life. And even with more traditional names you can see it. which is why you can't let people butcher your name, mispronounce your name, give you nicknames your name is a blessing it's a prayer.
