OMFG!!!!!! So so SO HAPPY to be 9TH in the region!!!! Even with a broken foot, a rough fall in my first round, and making up my set 5 mins before I went on 😂, I achieved something I’ve only dreamed about. I couldn’t thank my teachers Alan and Niamh enough. Can’t wait for next year!!!!! ITS LIT!!!!!

Anyone who is close to me knows that, for me, the oireachtas has always been somewhat of a personal Everest. Years of coming home with nothing from oireachtas, even after 4 years of recalling at nationals, has been pretty disappointing. But on Friday, after 6 years of solos, I finally got my first recall plus a world qualification to boot!! I couldn’t be more thrilled!! Thank you so much to everyone in my dance school and my teacher for believing in me since that first oireachtas. Love you long time 🍀
