The chill air of the night had gently stung his now-bare torso. Now aware of the situation, he gave a nod. “Right..They can even come looking for us and even ruin this..No time to waste.”
Clark had smiled into the kiss, nodding to her, his arms lifting her whole dress off of her. “Just to hear you squirm. Your impatience to this sort of thing makes me happy.”
In a flurry of hands and clothes, Sloane pushed his shirt and dress coat off then huffed at him in mock annoyance. “I’ve learned to manage our time wisely since the kids came along. And most of the time, there is no time.”
A slight smirk befell him before pressing against her lips, hands continuing to trail up her dress, only to break way for a moment. “We never do.”
Sloane let out a groan. “I thought we were past the teasing stage,” she said, her hands working to unbutton his shirt.
