If the oc babies were stuck on an island, how would they conduct themselves.

Well, assuming that the ones that can fly/teleport are unable to do so - mainly 'cause that's more fun - I think they'd handle it pretty well!

If the Twins had no access to their usual magic, they'd start out kinda useless though; Roy and Reggi are both pretty reliant on their powers, but after the initial panic I think they'd adapt.

Rebel, despite his lazy devil-may-care attitude, is actually a decent survivalist - Dewey and Gos were determined that he'd be able to take care of himself in case of an emergency - so he'd be pretty chill, provided no one was actively trying to kill them.

Witner is a city-kid, through and through, but they at least know how to stay calm under pressure - she may not be able to like, start a fire with sticks, but she can pep-talk the other kids while they do it!

Citrus, due to Boyd and Huey's obsession with the Junior Woodchucks, is basically a living version of the handbook, so they're just bursting with survival knowledge.

The room around them was in shambles: furniture upturned, rugs rucked up along the floor and what appeared to be at least two electronics stores worth of gizmos scattered everywhere - just... wall-to-wall chaos.

“Poe, babe!” And there was Mark, currently hanging upside-down from the lighting fixture and still swaying gently with his previous momentum.

“... You’re back early.” He grinned, just a touch shakily, but shouldered on. “I, uh, kinda got struck by some... sudden inspiration, I guess? And, heh, looks like I got a little carried away... My b, my b.” He twisted carefully, looking around himself before back to Poe. “Uuhh... little help, Hot Topic?”

That smirk was annoying. Even when Steelbeak was given the chance to exact some semblance of wrath on the McDucks like he was once hired to do, he was met with a coy tone. And what was worse, he couldn’t do anything about the pet name, refusing to risk even more humiliation. 

With no warning, he snatched Scrooge by his torso and stepped back as part of a windup. “Fine! Pick a direction before I choose the ground!”

Scrooge made a startled noise as he was grabbed, but was grinning again by the time Steelbeak finished talking.

“Make it right, lad! If ye get enough distance, I may even go clear through the window!” Should he have sounded so excited about that? Probably not.

@ Scrooge: "Now ain't this rich. I've always wondered what it's like to throw old money around." Steelbeak chimes with a wild smile about him. Dang, if only he had this chance when he was back in FOWL, but ah well, no point being stuck in the past! The large rooster's steps are paced, hands brought together for what's a sickening crackle of the knuckles.

"This is gonna be fun."

"Couldn't agree more, Steely!" Scrooge chuckled, bouncing briefly in place with an overflow of excitement. "Cannae remember the last time I was thrown for fun, as opposed to harm." He rolled his shoulders in a quick stretch, grinning wide. "Oh, do ya think ye could get me clear 'cross the room? Wouldn't that be a sight?"

There's a loud cackle from the rooster. A mild shame famed adventurer was too into it since he wanted just one chance to defeat him in something, but then again, who else would get to say they threw the one and only Scrooge McDuck? "Ya better believe I could throw you to St. Canard from here, Scr--"

Wait a second. Record scratch. Rewind. Just...what was that again?

"Did...don't call me that. I am a mobster, not a hugster."

“Bah, don’t be silly - it’s only us, and there’s no harm in a lil’ nickname, Steely.” Scrooge assured playfully, waving away the concern. “Besides, if you don’t like it, all the more reason to throw me!”

“Naow c’mon lad, and let’s see if you live up to all yer constant braggin’. Somehow, I doubt it~”

so what are your headcanons about moonlander children?

I've got two strong feelings about this topic, and they can work together or separately:

Number 1 - The Moonlanders have a 'breeding season', and the time during which we, the audience, see them is simply during an off-season, explaining the no kids thing.

Number 2 - The babies are actually quite squishy/maybe insect-esque, and are raised communally in safe/secure 'dens' by designated caregivers. Everyone is family, basically.

I’ve been seeing this a lot lately and I understand if people get miffed about it. I would be too. And I think it’s a good call to try and interact with folks by calling attention to it.

if I follow you but we never rp, it’s not that i’m using you to get my follower count up.

I’m just rlly bad at making the first move.

Follower count doesn’t mean squat to me since I know that it usually ends up being like, dead blogs I’ll never see again. So yeah. 

This is a post where I’m encouraging you, the reader, to make the first move. Just try and talk to the people you follow, even if you don’t think they’d be interested in rping ( provided you follow their rules on contact, mutuals, ect ). Maybe they wanna rp? Maybe they don’t. Your chances can only increase if you come with an idea to bring to the table, so just try it!

Maybe a friendship will happen, maybe it won’t. But at the VERY LEAST you can say you tried.

"Happy birthday, you two," Bradford gave one of his rare smiles, handing the two wrapped parcels - Buford's was bigger than Bentley's but they both rattled when handed over.

"Oh, thank you, Bradford!" Buford smiled, clutching his gift carefully to his chest. "I didn't get you a physical gift this year, but I really think you're going to enjoy supper tonight!"

Bentley squinted at his gift thoughtfully, before tucking it under his arm for now. "I'd say my gift was letting you two live another year so you can continue to torment me, but I actually spent money on real gifts for a change."
