Healthier Washington supports innovative approaches to transforming health care delivery. One example is the Greater Columbia Accountable Community of Health, which has formed strategic partnerships in its community to help mitigate issues that lead to hospital readmission.

Another video project produced for Washington State Health Care Authority. Thanks to the collaboration with DH!

SAIL is a fitness program for tribal elders designed to extend the length of life, empower them to live independently, reduce hospital admissions and prevent falls (which lead to hip and joint surgeries, and treatment/recovery costs).

It was great to be a part of creating this for Wa State Health Care Authority!
