Alright. Your transformation is freaking amazing. You look incredible, and I'm sure you feel ever better. You're inspiring. I'm new to this, and I'm sure you've gotten this a lot but can I bother you to ask how long it took you to lose your weight, and how exactly you went about it? I could use any tips. Again, great job. I'm excited to see as you continue to progress.
Thankyou thankyou :) It took me about 3 years. I took some time off in that period and gained some/lost some and went up and down. I just counted my macros and trained really hard. I don't do cardio, I just lift weights.Cardio is something I'm trying to force myself in to.But if you don't enjoy wha you do, you won't get very far.Lifting isn't about losing weight for me anymore, it's just something I've fallen in love with. The best advice I can give is find something you love and stick to it.
Hey girl! Saw your transformation and it's truly inspiring! I'm about the size you were when you started and am looking to be healthier. I like my curves but want to be healthier. Any advice? Motivational things? Specific techniques to lose a few?
Thankyou very much, that's so kind! I'm glad you are happy with your body. Embrace the shit out of it! To be honest I dont have any motivation to give or any techniques. The only motivation I have for myself is to become strong as fuck and a better version of myself.Start by cutting things out of your diet that you know is unhealthy (soft drinks, cake, chips etc). This is pretty easy to do if you just drop one thing at a time.Go for a walk or hit the gym a few times a week. If you are not set on losing weight don't bother counting macros or calories. Just fuel your body with nutritious foods when you are hungry or before/after a workout. Hope this helps x

Hello! Thankyou so much. Unfortunately you can't spot reduce (crying because I'd love if you could). I train legs 1-2 times a week and always include calf raises in my routine.
