Hello Jeanette! I'm glad you've come to me now before falling too far behind. Several of my Slytherins are quite talented with potions - particularly Severus and Mulciber. Would either of them suffice?

Unfair you say? I could understand how that may occur - Slytherin does hold some of the more complicated family trees. Perhaps if you could find another prefect Slytherin who suspects the same thing - we could go to Dumbledore to at least implore that Slytherin interviews be held under adjusted circumstances. Perhaps I could sit in or provide a list of questions or topics that are not to be discussed? Is there a penalty for not appearing for you scheduled interview?
This is where the problem lies, he is singling out the members of our family trees the most. Anyone with a family connection to Slytherin house is having their interviews first and it seems that he is planning on keeping them for more questioning afterwards. I’m sure that Mulciber, and Malfoy would gladly back me up on this. They have both voiced his bias towards our house. I’ve heard rumor, specifically in the direction of Slytherin house, that he will be handing out expulsions.
-thinking face- Yes, yes ... Mulciber and Malfoy will be fine. And expulsions? For Salazar's sake! You give a person an ounce of power and they blow it out of proportion. I will not have my students targeted because of some boy's personal biases to what some of us may stand for! Talk to Mulciber and Malfoy. Once they're on board we'll see to Dumbledore immediately. Thank you, Ms. Black - for informing me of these injustices. These times cause people to lose themselves. It's not surprise that the right of minds are all in Slytherin.

Professor, I am absolutely appalled by this. And with your backing, as Prefect, I would like set an order that all Slytherin students are not to attend any meetings with Professor Hall, whether they volunteered or not. I do not believe it will serve to be good for any of them.
As much as I would like to set such an overriding mandate, Ms. Black - the interviews have been approved by Dumbledore himself. -smirks- But we are Slytherins! We are cunning and manipulative and deceitful, and equally charming and personable when we need to be. I have full faith that you lot especially will be able to navigate your way through the interviews as swiftly and painlessly as possible. -laughs- To think, Slytherins divulging information to strangers. Daft people, we’re dealing with Ms. Black. Daft, indeed.
Surely we can appeal this to Dumbledore, I have reason to believe that he is passing unfair judgement on Slytherin house and intends on subjecting us to interrogations that none of us would be prepared for. He would be requiring us to disobey the orders that our parents have set for us, surely this cannot work to our advantage.

I am afraid not, Ms. Vanity. But I'm sure you'll be able to turn it to your advantage. Be personable and compliant - with the manipulative tendency that landed you in Slytherin. You'll be fine.

4th years:
Chapters 7-11 will be covered via written examination.
6th years:
Chapters 3-13 will be covered via written examination. You will be required to successfully brew a potion in one of the following areas: Healing, Fire, Love
7th years:
Chapters 5-25 will be covered via written examination. You will be required to successfully brew a potion in two of the following areas: Protection, Offense, Fire. You will be asked to provide a report, no less than 7 pages, on a topic that is to be decided one week before examinations.

Professor - as a recently ... Margaret Collins has become progressively hostile towards me, and I do fear that the verbal animosity will soon turn in to violent acts. I dare say sir, that I fear for my safety. Do you think that you could, talk to her maybe? It'd be greatly appreciated. I hate to have unease between housemates, but this simply is out of line. She behaves like an animal!
