Remus was a fool to think he could do his homework during study hour. He wasn't half way through his Transfiguration homework that Sirius was already bothering him - and the other students around them.
''Psst, Moony,'' he whispered a few seats down, trying to get Remus' attention.
Playing deaf, Remus continued writing away on his parchemin with his quill. Perhaps if he ignored Sirius, he'd stop. But, after being friends for over five years, Remus should've known that being ignored would not make Sirius stop.
''Psst, Moony,'' he said again, a bit louder this time. Before him, Dorcas shushed him, but Sirius didn't even glance at her. ''Moony.''
Could he be more annoying?
Remus gave in, sighing. ''What do you want?''
''Finally! I think you should go to Madam Pomfrey and get your hearing checked.''
''My hearing is perfectly fine. What did you want?'' he asked again, this time looking up from his parchemin. ''If it’s help for your homework-''
Two seats down, Sirius had his head propped on his hand, grey eyes looking right at Remus with that permanent smirk. ''Wanna sneak to a broom closet after your homework? We could...'' He raised his eyebrows suggestively and Remus' cheeks flushed, lowering his eyes to his homework.
Making out in a broom closet was the most rebellious thing Remus allowed himself to do at school - aside from Marauders pranks. He didn't like it - broom closets were small and had spider webs -, but he and Sirius didn't really have a choice since Peter was always around. They had chased him out a couple times, but then James had walked in. Having dorm mates was fun, until you got a boyfriend and realized how little intimacy you have.
Before Remus could reply, a piece of paper flew and landed in front of Sirius. It was from James.
Quit looking at eachother like that. My lunch is about to come up.
In response, Sirius gave him the finger. ''So, Moony? About that makeout sesh in the broom closet-''
''Shush, you two!'' hissed Lily, narrowing her eyes at Sirius, knowing he was the one who started - he was always the one who started.
Unlike Remus, she took her prefect position very seriously and was looking out for their house. House points were deducted if one was caught talking during study hour and they already lost so many because of the Marauders' stupid pranks. They didn't need to lose any more.
''Tell them, Evans,'' James cheered from his seat, laughing at his friend who was being told off.
Lily narrowed her eyes at him too; he was being no better by passing notes.
Jealous, Prongs? Good luck asking her out to Hogsmeade this weekend. She isn't happy with you right now.
Sirius folded his paper and sent it flying to James, but Professor McGonagall caught him in the act, snatching the paper before it got to James. That woman saw everything, even when she wasn't in her cat form.
''I believe this is yours, Mr. Black.'' She raised her eyebrows at Sirius. ''I'm sure what you have to say is more interesting than doing homework, but you are disrupting other students. If I see another paper flying, you'll get detention.''
Sirius looked down, knowing he couldn't afford to get another detention. He didn’t mind polishing trophies or doing other chores, but if he got another detention, Dumbledore said he would send a letter to his parents.
Before she walked off, the professor turned to James. ''And, don't think I didn't see you sending notes too, Mr. Potter. Your homework better be on my desk tomorrow morning. That goes for the two of you.'' Her eyes shifted to Sirius who had almost nothing written on his parchemin.
Once she was out of earshot, Sirius looked at his boyfriend. ''You'll help me, right?''

''Ron is working this morning so I don't have to come in until noon. Isn't it great?'' Fred shuffled closer and kissed your shoulder, half awake. ''We can sleep in and perhaps-''
''We?'' You pulled away from your boyfriend's hold. ''Sorry to break it to you, love, but I'm not staying in bed with you. I got to get ready for work.''
Fred opened his eyes and whined, not happy with the news you dropped on him. ''Do you really have to go?'' He tried to cuddle into you, but you didn't let him, knowing that he wouldn't let go of you if he did.
''Yes, I do. Unlike you, manager Weasley, we, mere employees, can't skip work just because we feel like it.''
''Can't you call Hannah and ask her to cover for you? Just for the morning.''
''What am I gonna tell her? Hey, Hannah, can you cover for me this morning? My boyfriend wants me to stay in bed with him.''
''Yeah. I'm sure she'll understand. I bet she's done it a few times.''
Hannah was a bubbly and fun girl, but she and Neville had a very different relationship than you and Fred. They were more private. You doubted she'd ever skip work to sleep in with her boyfriend. Plus, Neville's new teaching job at Hogwarts didn't allow them a lot of mornings together as he was residing at the castle during the school year.
''Unfortunately, I can't do that.''
It was difficult to resist a sleepy and messy haired Fred Weasley who demanded cuddles, but calling in wasn't an option today.
''Rita Skeeter is releasing her new book about the families who fell from their pedestal after the war. She claims to be revealing their deepest, darkest secrets. The Malfoy family is among them and people are eager to read about their secrets and how poorly they were treated when Voldemort returned. I personally doubt the Malfoys gave her any interviews, she most likely invented everything that's in her book, but people are still gonna buy it. It's gonna be madness at the book shop,'' you explained.
''Bloody Rita Skeeter...'' the redhead grumbled. ''She ruined our lives with her lies when we were at Hogwarts and now she's ruining my morning.''
You rolled out of bed and began changing out of your night clothes, switching them for a blouse and tailored pants. It was plain and unflattering, but you worked at a bookshop, not Madam Malkin's.
''Are we still going to the Leaky Cauldron tonight?'' you asked, just checking in.
Fred hummed, still snuggled under the covers. Lucky bastard. ''George and I have to close the shop, but Angelina will probably get there before us.''
You grabbed your Flourish and Blotts Bookseller red pin and put it on your blouse. ''Is Ron coming too?''
''I doubt it. Hermione finally found time for him in her busy schedule. I think he's gonna spend the night with her.''
''Ooh. He must be on the moon. Hermione is so busy at the Ministry with her internship. I haven't seen her since Harry's birthday. We're in September.''
You finished getting ready in the bathroom, applying some makeup and fixing your hair - looking put together helped with the sales. When you returned, Fred was surprisingly still awake, watching as you searched for your shoes.
''Tell your boss to get new uniforms. Those pants makes your ass look flat.''
''Excuse you?!''
''Sexier uniforms might make their sales go up. I know I would buy more books if the salesperson's uniform was sexier.''
You rolled your eyes, knowing he hadn't picked up a book other than an instruction manual since Hogwarts.
''Or attract creepy men. It's a book shop,'' you reminded him.
''Lucky for me, I know what's under there,'' he said smugly, grabbing a handful of your ass through the fabric of your pants as you bent down to tie your shoes.
''Fred!'' you squealed, biting back a laugh. That boy...
He laughed, pleased with himself.
''You know, I was planning on coming here to change after work, but now I think I'll keep my work clothes.''
''Wha- No!'' Fred protested, sitting up on the bed.
You quickly left his room and headed to work, laughing to yourself.

The battle was finished - Voldemort had been vanquished -, yet your fingers were still tightly gripping your wand, ready to fire hexes and counter-spells at anyone who'd aim at you. Your tights were ripped on the leg where you had tripped and you could feel blood dripping on your forehead - nothing alarming though.
''Y/N! There you are,'' someone said, coming toward you. Ginny.
You didn't react, hands trembling as you stood in the middle of the hallway, in complete shock.
Another set of feet followed Ginny's, lighter in their step.
''It's over, Y/N,'' Luna' soft voice informed, her delicate hands covering yours as she lowered your wand. ''The battle is over.''
Slowly, your eyes found hers, blue-grey like-
''Draco. I need to find Draco.'' Your words sounded almost robot-like.
''He's not here-'' Ginny started, but you didn't let her finish.
''He has to be somewhere in the castle,'' you said sharply. ''I...I can't lose him too.'' Tears filled your eyes, but you didn't let them fall, afraid you wouldn't be able to make them stop.
Before you, the girls shared a confused look. Ginny opened her mouth, about to ask questions, but you walked away, ignoring your friends who were telling you to come back, and went in search of your lover.

You frantically searched through every classroom of the castle, taking every staircase to every floor. Most classrooms had been partly destroyed during the battle, desks and chairs resting on the floor in a puddle of dust and broken wood. Some stairs were falling apart too, but were still usable.
On the second floor, you recognized a boy from your Potion class, laying on the ground, half of his body covered by a massive brick. His eyes were open, but he wasn't breathing. How could he with a piece of wall crushing his lungs? Your breathing fastened, horrified, and you stepped back, almost tripping through the debris of what must've been an explosion.
To your left, pieces of glass littered the floor, coming from the busted window just above. You carefully stepped on the glass, having no other choice and was about to take the staircase to the fourth floor when you heard his voice.
You almost didn't turn around, worried you had imagined it, but something inside you knew it was him. He had emerged from the hospital wing with Theo by his side, hair a mess and black dust on his cheek.
Draco abandoned his friend and came up to you, relieved to see that you were alright. He wrapped his arms around you, holding you tight, but you were too in shock to return the gesture. He frowned, your lack of response alerted him.
He saw the cut on your forehead and got worried you might have a concussion. ''What happened to your head? Did you hit it?''
You shook your head.
Draco performed a quick episkey, making the cut heal and disappear.
''Have you seen Blaise?'' Theo asked, joining you. He looked around for his friend, but the Slytherin boy wasn't there.
Blaise.
''He's-'' You interrupted yourself, voice caught in your throat, unable to say it.
''Where is he, Y/N?'' Theo pressed.
''Don’t pressure her. Can’t you see that she’s not well?'' Draco warned the brunet. He understood that Theo was worried about his friend - he was too -, but you were clearly in shock and pressuring you would only make the situation worse.
''We were duelling on the fifth floor. I got cornered by Dolohov and Blaise came to my rescue, but another Death Eater fired a curse at him. H-he's dead.'' After the word left your lips, you broke down, emotions crashing over you. Tears streamed down your face and you couldn't stop them.
Losing people was inevitable in a battle, but he thought Crabbe would get killed first. Not Blaise. He was a skilled wizard, it didn’t make sense.
Draco exchanged an apologetic look with Theo before shifting his eyes back to you. Blaise was dead. Theo started crying in silence, mourning his friend. Draco wanted to cry too. Blaise was his friend - one of his closest friends.
''Someone needs to owl Mrs. Zabini. I say we go back to the Manor and-''
''Someone needs to get his body. We can’t leave him here, Draco. They’ll put him with the Death Eaters. Blaise wasn’t a bad person. He can’t be with them, they’ll tarnish his name.''
You were rambling at this point, but you weren’t wrong. All bodies who had the death mark on them would be put together and registered by the aurors as Death Eaters - followers of Voldemort. Blaise may have had the mark, but he never did anything bad. He never killed anybody.
''We can't stay here, Y/N,'' Draco explained. ''The castle is falling apart and you're in shock. Mother should have a few calming draught vials at home. Perhaps a sleeping potion too-''
Your head snapped up. ''No. I'm not tired. I don't want to sleep.''
It was false. You were exhausted, but you didn't want to close your eyes, forced to relive your friend's death every time you'd do so.
Blaise's flipendo had knocked Dolohov into a wall, saving you from his curse, but another Death Eater with dark blond hair had just gotten up and was aiming at Blaise. You wanted to scream at him to look out, but it was too late. That bloody killing curse had hit him.
Draco kissed your temple, but didn't fight. ''Okay. Let's at least get you clean up.''
''I’ll go look for Blaise and meet you at the Manor,'' informed Theo.

Summer at the Burrow was the best.
Although the house was in a bit of a disarray, it was pretty cool and there was always something to do. Sometimes you'd play the quidditch point keeper for the Weasley siblings and others you'd join in on the wrestling happening in the pond. The boys would also splash buckets of water at you and Ginny when you were tanning - that was annoying -, but they never got away without revenge.
What was even better, were the days Mrs. Weasley went to the market to stock up on groceries. She was a lovely and very kind woman, but, just like most parents, forbid you and Fred to spend time alone in his bedroom. She might be 'old', but she's been a teenager too. She knew what went on behind a closed bedroom door. After all, she had seven kids!
The sliding door opened and George walked out, holding a glass of lemonade.
''Is she gone?'' Fred asked his brother, stretched casually on the lounge chair with his head on your lap. You'd run your fingers through his ginger hair while the sun while bathing under the sun, waiting for Molly to leave.
George hummed, taking a sip of his drink.
''I'm feeling really hot and not well suddenly,'' Fred faked, touching his forehead and acting as if he was unwell - overheating. ''I think I'm gonna take a nap. Wouldn't want to get a heatstroke.'' He got up from the chair and you followed suit.
''You too?'' George asked, raising an eyebrow.
''Someone needs to tuck him in bed, right, love?'' you asked your boyfriend.
It was a poor excuse and you knew it, but George wasn't daft. He knew what you two were going to do in his and Fred's room. It had nothing to do with sleeping - not in its primary definition.
''I hope you feel better after your nap, Freddie.''
''I sure will,'' Fred replied with a cheeky wink. He took your hand and pulled you inside the house.
''Not on my bed!'' George called after you and Fred gave him the finger.
That happened one time.
Upstairs, Fred kicked the door closed and you pulled him down for a kiss. The noise echoed through the house, but he didn't care. Molly wasn't home to complain anyway. Fred removed his tee shirt and dropped it on the floor carelessly before reattaching his lips to yours, having caught on that the faster your clothes were off, the more time you had.
Your hands went to his bare stomach and chest, feeling the details of ever developed muscles under your fingertips. That was probably your favorite part of quidditch: the players' bodies. Especially the Beaters'. Especially Fred's.
You hummed pleasantly into the kiss as Fred's tongue slipped inside your mouth. He grabbed you by the thighs, lifting you from the floor and you held onto him as he brought you over to his bed, almost sending you flying when he stumbled over a box of samples for the future joke shop.
''Carefull, Freddie!'' you warned, clutching on him and kissing under his ear. ''Or else one of us will end up with a broken bone. I don't fancy explaining to your mom how I broke my arm.''
Fred laughed and made it safely to his bed. He dropped you down on it, making you bounce slightly. Your dress had ridden up over your thighs, revealing your panties, which got Fred smirking. He crawled over you and you brought his lips back to yours with a hand on the back of his neck.
One of your legs curled around his hip, allowing yourself to press your body against his, feeling Fred's hard on through his shorts. He grinded down, making you hiss and beating you at your own teasing game.
Dragging his hands to your bare thighs, he rubbed your soft skin and flipped you over, allowing you on top. ''You're so beautiful.'' You smiled down at him and Fred snaked his hands higher, slowly revealing your stomach as he peeled off your dress. ''But you're still wearing too much clothes.''
Thankfully, this time, the curtains over his bed were shut so you wouldn't risk flashing a flying teenager on a broomstick outside.
It wasn't Ron's fault. He, George and Ginny were playing quidditch in the backyard and he just happened to be at the perfect height in the air to see inside Fred's room as you were getting dressed. His eyes were wide and he had muttered a 'bloody hell'. It was an accident, but Ron also happened to be in that weird teenage boy phase where he was suddenly very interested in girls and their bodies.
Let's say supper was really awkward that night.
You thought you had reached the peak of your embarrassment with Ron through the window, but the door opened and Harry walked in, catching sight of your bare back as Fred tossed your dress to the floor.
Realizing what was happening - or about to happen -, Harry's eyes widened. He quickly apologized and shut the door, mortified. ''S-sorry!''
Harry’s voice caught both of your and Fred's attention, glancing at the door, which had just been opened and shut. Fred groaned annoyedly. There was absolutely no privacy in this house.
''Harry!'' he shouted as you covered your face in embarrassment. Why did this keep happening to you?
The younger wizard mumbled more apologies through the door, promising that he hadn't seen anything - other than your back. ''I was just going to grab my swim trunks in Ron's room, but I don't feel like swimming anymore so...I'll just go.''
My teeth removal was a nightmare. Everything went well at the dentist. The dentist was nice and explained the surgery as he did it which helped with my anxiety. The cracking sound of tooth being broken still give me nightmares lol. I hate it. I also had to eat not-hot food which I also hate as a picky eater/texture sensitive person. When I came home, I had a tons of pills to take and that’s where it went downhill. For the first night, it was okay. The next day too. At night though, I started to feel nauseous. So, I took meds for that. I also took some tablets for heartburns because my stomach felt tight and full and hard. I was sick all night! My mom said I took too many pills (I followed the directions given by my dentist!) for my stomach to handle and that it couldn’t digest it. In the morning, she called the pharmacy and the pharmacist said to stop all the pills and only take the strong opioid and stomach stuff (to protect it). I still feel sick and tired (all I do is watch Buffy the Vampire Slayer), but I’m slowly getting better. I should be back to writing next week!!

You hadn't talked to - or even looked at - Fred since the kiss.
Once you pulled away from the kiss, you had made a beeline for the bathroom, no longer caring that there was no hot water. A cold shower would do you good - and it was apparently very beneficial for the skin.
Anything to not be in the same room as him.
At supper, you sat with Angelina and Katie. You talked about the afternoon training session, which will cause your legs to ache in the morning and the latest gossip going around in the girls' cabin. Apparently, a girl had snuck into Cedric Diggory's cabin last night - according to Angelina the suspect was Cho Chang - and Madam Hooch was furious.
Most importantly, you didn't tell them what happened at the cabin.
Unconsciously, as Katie was telling you about a new broomstick trick she learned this afternoon, your eyes drifted to the redhead Beater - and the kiss you had shared. The same kiss that had left you wanting more.
Although Fred was three tables away from you, you could still feel his hands on you, strong and firm but not too rough, smell his woody soap and hear the soft sounds of appreciation leaving both your mouths as his warm tongue slipped past your lips and easily found yours. You couldn't believe you had let it escalate to that. At least no clothes had been removed - Fred was just in his shorts, but it still counted.

After supper, you left and went to your cabin, faking a headache. You'd usually follow the girls to their cabin and hang out until curfew, but not tonight. You needed time to think and, most importantly, get your mind off of Fred Weasley. Perhaps reading a book would help?
That didn't work for long because the twins walked in the cabin less than twenty minutes later, laughing about some prank they had pulled on one of the younger campers.
''It was brilliant, Freddie! Who knew Chambers could scream that high pitched,'' George said, talking about the prank.
''That image is forever engraved in my mind. Spiders! Spiders! They're gonna get in my pants!'' Fred mocked, imitating Chambers. ''It was hilarious.''
''How did you find so many spiders?''
''There's a whole colony behind Ron's cabin. I lured them into a cup and-'' Fred stopped himself when seeing you on the bed, his mood dropping and changing.
''Hey, Y/N,'' George greeted with a smile, going to his side of the cabin. ''You're here early.''
''I wasn't feeling good. I think it's the heat,'' you explained. If you were consistent with your lie and told everyone the same thing, no one would suspect it was a lie.
''Well, get some rest. Tomorrow's game day. We play against the Phoenixes.'' George fished for his toiletries and slung his towel on his shoulder. ''I'm gonna shower.'' He looked between you and Fred. ''Try to not kill each other while I'm in there, alright?''
Fred sat on his brother's bed and waited until the shower was running to speak. ''So...are we going to talk about it?''
''Talk about what?'' you asked, faking ignorance.
Fred gave you a stern look. ''Don't play that game, Y/L/N.''
You sighed. Forgetting it happened would've been so much simpler.
It's not like the kiss meant anything. It was just that, a kiss. There was no need to make a fuss about it.
''There's nothing to talk about.'' You closed your book and stood, slipping on your shoes and headed outside for a walk.
''Where are you going? I thought you had a headache.''
''I do, but hearing your voice makes it worse.''

The match against the Phoenixes was not going well.
McLaggen was sick, therefore he was sitting out this one, which left his keeper position to one of the younger - and less skilled, campers. Much to their bad luck, the young boy had let in five goals in a row. Five! He was probably nervous for his first time on the field, but five goals was a lot of points.
You were scheming the field, trying to spot the snitch, but, much to your luck, the only thing in your vision field was Fred's abs - which was distracting. To your defense, it was Fred's fault for bringing the bottom of his quidditch jersey up to his face to wipe away sweat. The little fucker also purposely flexed his abs a little every time he did it. You tried to look away, but those abs were difficult to look away from. Damn you, Fred Weasley!
Fred's exibitionist manners caused you to miss the snitch and, by the time you had snapped out of your staring, Cho had caught the snitch.

''Maybe McLaggen is right. Maybe we should fuck,'' Fred declared after the match, removing his protective gear.
You almost sputtered your water all over yourself. ''Excuse me?'' you asked, hoping you had heard wrong.
''You and me. We should fuck.''
A laugh left your lips. ''Did a bludger hit your head?''
''You were looking at me, weren't you? That's why you didn't see the snitch.'' A smug smile curled on his face. ''Do you have a crush on me, Y/L/N?''
''Wow, that bludger must've hit your head really hard, uh?''
''I'm not going to tell the team...if you accept to have sex with me.''
What?! You couldn't believe what you were hearing.
''Are you blackmailing me into having sex with you? You know that's sextortion, right?''
Fred shook his head. ''No. I'm saying, it's been proven that sex raises endorphins and other hormones that boost mood. Perhaps if we release those good hormones we won't be at each other's throat and picking fights during games...or staring at the other. It would be for the team's sake.''
You scoffed. ''The team's or your dick's sake?''
''I'm being serious, Y/N. Think about it.''

The time had been set. Friday, during the campfire, while everyone's attention would be occupied, you and Fred would slip to your shared cabin and...do it.
You didn't want to let it get to your mind, but it was all you could think about throughout the day. While the plan could work and ease the tension between you two, there was a possibility that the sex would go wrong - or be bad - and make things worse inside the team. You were also worried that it would be awkward afterward or that Fred would tell everyone.
During seeker training, you weren't flying your best. Madam Hooch had noticed that your mind was elsewhere and questioned you about it. You lied about not getting enough sleep the night prior and vowed to not stress yourself over tonight.
It was only a big deal if you made it one, right? To prove yourself, you didn't dress special - other than matching your underwear to your bra. It was just Fred, you didn't need to impress him. You didn't even put on lipgloss!
You started with kisses, slowly getting comfortable with each other, but quickly wanting more. His ginger hair smelled of smoke from the campfire and his lips tasted something sweet - roasted marshmallows. You hummed, slipping your hands under his shirt, feeling the curves of his abs and back. Merlin, you loved those.
''Did you lock the door?'' you asked, not wanting to be walked in on by any of your cabin buddies.
Fred hesitated and you sighed, going to lock it yourself.
When you returned to Fred, he had discarded his shirt, leaving him shirtless and you had to hold yourself back from biting your lip. Damn, that body.
Seeing as it was unfair that he was the only one who had taken off clothes, Fred helped you take off your top. You should've felt exposed, but it wasn't the first time he saw you in a bra and it wasn't much different than bikini tops, right?
