i’m just gonna say some things.

Last year i was really sick. I lost about 70lbs in maybe 5 months, and everyone around me congratulated me on getting smaller, and I spent a lot of it trying to convince my self I wasn’t sick. I knew I was, but I told my self these little lies, like that I had a full meal or that I was only fasting for 20 hours, or that It’s good to be doing exercise every day.

As i fall back into it, I wonder how I ever had my self fooled that any of it was okay. I’m barely sleeping, I’m tired all of the time, I’m making my chronic illness worse, and the gremlin in my brain just keeps screaming calorie values and how nobody loves me.
