Every Movie of 2025 I’ve seen till 03/31/26 ranked best to worst.

One Battle After Another- It was out of this or Hamnet and I picked this because I wasn't really bored in any of it compared to some parts in Hamnet.

Hamnet- Best climax of the year.

Bugonia- The more I think about this film the more I like it.

The Long Walk- It made me cry twice and was never bored.

Bring Her Back- Very creepy and well done. Felt like Sally Hawkins should've got more love in this.

Sinners- May not be the greatest film ever but I get the hype and the music was so good.

Caught Stealing- Most underrated film of the year?

Zootopia 2- I actually liked it better than the first.

Marty Supreme- Worse version of Uncut Gems but still good.

Weapons- If Bring Her Back didn't come out the same year I might've enjoyed this more.

Rental Family- Cute and sad story which makes you fall in love with Brendan Fraser again.

Good Luck, Have Fun, Don't Die- Pretty fun movie that's a bit silly but doesn't pretend it's not silly.

Wake Up Dead Man- Better than the 2nd but the first one is still the best.

No Other Choice- I feel bad having it so low but I didn't enjoy it as much as other people.

Predator: Killer of Killers: Possibly the best Predator movie?

Die My Love- Jennifer Lawrence should've at least got nominated for this at the Oscars.

Fantastic Four: First steps- Wish we got Galactus to do more but besides that it was fairly good.

Mickey 17- Yeah the director made it get a lot of hype but I still enjoyed it for what it was. The message has been done to death but that doesn't make it a bad thing.

Train Dreams- I get why people found it boring but I thought it was done well and very beautiful.

Frankenstein- First half was boring but 2nd half won me over.

If I had Legs I'd kick you- Felt like it didn't need the weird A24 stuff.

Thunderbolts*- Wish it didn't pace so fast. Felt we needed more time with these interesting characters.

Superman- Too many characters in it but I still enjoyed it.

Little Amelie or the Character of Rain- Cute art style but not memorable.

The Monkey- This movie is really stupid but I had a blast watching.

Ballerina- Action, action, action, and more action. Barely a story.

Freakier Friday- Jamie Lee Curtis deserved an Oscar for this over the one she won it for.

How to Train your Dragon- It made me realize how good the original was but this had some good human moments.

Arco- Nice and cute but felt like something was missing.

Predator: Badlands- Feels like it would've been better if you cut Elle Fanning character out.

Eddington- Very strange film and frustrating to watch with remembering the Covid era.

Black Bag- Was shocked by the high reviews but it wasn't bad but felt it needed more character development.

Sentimental Value- It just didn't hit me like it did for others. A bit boring to me.

The Phoenician Scheme- I'm not sick of the style like other people but this didn't work for me as I hoped.

The Smashing Machine- Lets try to give The Rock an Oscar the movie.

Together- Might've worked better as a straight up comedy.

Elio- The more serious stuff was good but the silly still was boring.

Wicked: For Good- Should've been just one movie.

Novocaine- Maybe I'm a snob but it felt too stupid for me.

Jay Kelly- I'm over movies about actors.

KPop Demon Hunters- Most overrated movie of the year?

Warfare- I was bored through a lot of it but a bit impressive none the less.

Avatar Fire and Ash- Too long and too many storylines.

The Naked Gun- I just don't buy Liam Neeson like I did Leslie Nielsen.

Final Destination Bloodlines- Just more of the same of the other ones but some of the kills were good.

The Running Man- Expected better from Edgar Wright.

Good Boy- needed to be a short badly.

Stans- Either make a documentary about Eminem or the stan culture but not both.

Drop- Pretty stupid but a bit fun I guess.

I Know What you Did Last Summer- It was pretty dumb but I got to give them credit for taking a bold move in it.

Happy Gilmore 2- Lets put all celebrities and my friends in a movie instead of trying to make a good movie.

Captain America: Brave New World- How can a movie with Red Hulk be so boring. Possibly worst MCU movie ever?

Wolf Man- I wanted this to be better because of the director but it was just bland and pointless.

Every Movie of 2024 I've seen till 03/07/25

Flow- How can a movie with no dialogue have better characters than most of the movies on this list! This was so great!

The Brutalist- Sure it was long but it's so well done you won't care as much.

Conclave- Felt like today's politics. Just as ridiculous.

Heretic- So intense but some parts got a bit out there for me.

The Substance- Just as crazy as I heard which is a good thing.

Anora- Kind of wish it was a bit more serious but the funny parts were pretty funny.

Nosferatu- Very solid performances but I expected a bit more from it overall.

Memoir of a Snail- Really good but felt too close to Max and Mary which is way better.

Challengers- Good but I didn't like the ending.

Wicked- Fun songs and fun characters but a bit too long.

Kinds of Kindness- Deserved more praise but felt like each story got worse and worse.

The Apprentice- Very solid performances but the story was a bit ehh.

Furiosa: A Mad Max Saga- A bit too long but still a fun Mad Max film.

The Wild Robot- It made me cry even though the story was very cliche.

Dune: Part Two- Worst than the first IMO

Here- Better than the critics say but needed more time on other characters that lived in the house IMO.

Queer- One of the few who liked the 2nd half better than the first.

I'm Still Here- Important story to tell but I was invested as much as I hoped.

I am Celine Dion- That one moment was one of the best moments of 2024 in film.

Deadpool & Wolverine- I don't feel right putting it ahead of the other movies cause this is barely a movie. It was fun though.

Civil War- Needed more explaining to understand how this world works.

Inside Out 2- Anxiety was great but felt like the characters from the first movie learned nothing.

Look Back- Felt like one big montage so I wasn't into it as much.

Orion and The Dark- Liked how the ending was done but expected better.

Will and Harper- It was good but felt fake in some parts.

Watchmen: Chapter II- I liked it cause it's Watchmen and the 2nd half is better than the first but still bad animation.

Juror #2- It had it's moments that were really good and really dumb.

Watchmen: Chapter I- The first half is not as good as the second. Only thing that makes it worse than the other one.

Godzilla X Kong: The New Empire: Monsters fight so fun but feel dumb watching it.

A Complete Unknown- Boring as a story but the music was good.

Longlegs- It was some great moments especially with Cage but also some pretty boring moments and a bit of a lame reveal.

We Live in Time- Predictable and weirdly edited.

A Different Man- Story isn't as clever as you think.

Moana 2- Don't think it was bad as people say and I liked some of the songs but you can tell it would be better as a series.

Love Lies Bleeding- The ending ruined a solid film.

Cuckoo- It had some solid horror moments then a lot of wtf am I watching moments.

The Last Showgirl- Pamela wasn't bad but felt there were better actresses in here that deserved more time than her.

Mothers' instinct- Enjoyable trash lol.

The Lord of the Rings: The War of the Rohirrim- Don't understand the point of this but it was fine I guess.

The 4:30 Movie: Felt kind of different then a typical Kevin Smith movie but he ruins it in some parts.

Kung Fu Panda 4: Definitely the worst of the franchise so far. Still not as bad as people say.

Mufasa: The Lion King- Started off decent then becomes a big mess.

Joker: Folie à Deux- I'm not saying it was good but I respect what it was trying to do.

Drive Away Dolls- Not as good as I hoped. Honestly pretty bad.

Beetlejuice Beetlejuice- Felt like crappy fan fiction instead of an actual sequel. Didn't need to be made.

Spaceman- Very boring and honestly don't remember much from it.

Venom: The Last Dance- In some ways the best of the franchise and in some ways the worst. The worst outdo the best.

Y2k: Very basic but had a good cameo.

If- Predictable but cute in some parts. Needed a better main actress.

Trap- It was just a commercial for his daughter.

Kraven The Hunter- Just boring but had some promise to it but not much.

The Strangers: Chapter 1- A remake or sequel that really didn't need to be made.

Madame Web- It's weird I knew it was going to be bad but it still made me very angry on how bad it was.

Ranking every 2023 film I've seen since January 1 2023 to June 25 2024 from best to worst:

Oppenheimer- Eye opening and a chef kiss of a ending.

Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse: Not as good as the first but still done very well and kept my interest even though I'm over the whole Multi-verse thing.

Poor Things- The message is simple but told in a unique way and was a very interesting watch.

Godzilla Minus One- A serious Godzilla movie is just a better Godzilla movie.

Blackberry- The start of this movie before the time jump is so great but it kinda goes down after that.

Asteroid City- It was a bit hard to follow but I got it pretty well and enjoyed the silliness and serious parts.

Killers of The Flower Moon- Too Long. Felt a lot of it could've been cut but still good and a story worth telling.

Guardians Of The Galaxy Vol 3- The stuff with Rocket is really well done but everything else is silly and not as done as well as the other two.

Maestro- I loved Carey Mulligan performance and didn't get the hate for this.

The Killer- I enjoyed it and was into most of it. Don't know what people expected.

John Wick: Chapter 4- If you don't take it seriously it's a fun watch.

Fingernails- Unique film that I enjoyed just for that.

Barbie- Better than I expected but are the male characters suppose to be more interesting than the females?

Nimona- Animation and characters are good but the story is a story you've seen before but told in a different way.

The Iron Claw- Good but felt it could've been better

The Boy and the Heron- I wanted a more personal story or a big fantasy adventure. This tried to do both and didn't work as well.

Late Night with the Devil-A interesting premise done well but not as scary as you would hope.

Next Goal Wins- Heartwarming and fun but maybe not as accurate and a bit cliche.

Dungeons and Dragons: Honor Among Thieves- It's like a Marvel fantasy film and that's not necessarily a bad thing

Saltburn- I was a bit confused on how they wanted me to view this movie but it was good film.

The Creator- Liked better than others. Mainly for how it looked and the acting. The story was cliche.

Beau is Afraid- I was so excited for this but its message was so basic for such a weird story and didn't need to be as long as it was.

Hot Potato: The Story of the Wiggles- Didn't realize there was so much drama when it came to the Wiggles

Leave The World Behind- Very interesting premise that led to a letdown conclusion.

Knock at the Cabin- Wish it was done better than it was. It's a better M Night movie but felt it could've been better.

Super Mario Bros. Movie- Everything you heard bad about this movie is probably true but dangit nostalgia got me.

Past Lives- Oh god. I'm sorry okay but it wasn't as good as I hoped but the acting was good!

Saw X- One of the better Saw but nothing beats the first.

Dream Scenario- The premise is good but overstays its welcome.

Evil Dead Rises- It was fine. There wasn't much not to like about it but nothing blew me away either.

Scream 6- Let down from Scream 5 or whatever you want to call it. Too bad this is the end of Scream an (d they're never making another again (you heard me)

The Marvels- Not as bad as people say but felt it needed bigger stakes

Priscilla- A bit boring. Felt it needed more to show or say.

Missing- Gets silly by the end just like the first one but the lead in this was not good unlike the first one.

A Good Person- A very depressing watch with a lame ending.

Elemental- World is weird and doesn't make much sense and it's a Romeo and Juliet story as you expect but I still wasn't bored.

Blue Beetle- I wanted this film to be good so bad but it was so basic.

Stan Lee- Wasn't as biased as I thought but it was big Marvel love fest. 39- Shazam! Fury of the Gods- It's like the Shazam never grew up and he's really annoying in it.

Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania: Feels so long since I've seen this. Kang was good for a bit but nothing else really stood out.

The Flash- I didn't hate this as much as everybody else. Probably mainly because of Ezra Miller performance even though I hate to admit that.

Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom- I don't know what this was but it wasn't Aquaman.

She Came to Me- The characters were lame for the most part.

Paint- Should've just made a Bob Ross biopic.

Wish- This was like a Disney tribute movie but not done well and just a mess.

Plane- Why did people like this? It was lame action movie that I barely remember.

Every movie of 2022 I’ve seen till  3/31/2023 ranked best to worst

1. Everything Everywhere All at Once- A Masterpiece. So creative and interesting. It had me glued to the screen.

2. Guillermo Del Toro's Pinnocchio- Pinnocchio been told many times before but this somehow brought a great retelling of it.

3. Tar- In my opinion has the best performance of the year.

4. The Northman- This is my favorite Robert Eggers film so far.

5. The Banshees of Inisherin- Really liked it but felt like something was missing and I don't know what.

6. Puss in Boots: The Last Wish- Wasn't a masterpiece as people say but still a lot of fun.

7. Bones and All- Surprised this made the list so high but it was probably the best "horror" film of the year.

8. The Batman- Best Portrayal of Batman but a bit too long and slow.

9. Babylon- Best scene of the year probably.

10. Avatar: The Way of Water- I enjoyed it way more than I thought but it still had problems.

11. Scream- 2nd best Scream. But still not close to the original but A for effort.

12. Black Panther: Wakanda Forever- The lead was the problem but mostly everything else was fine.

13. The Whale- Acting performance is great but a bit cheesey for me.

14. Turning Red- Fun family film. Nothing special

15. White Noise- It's weird but I really liked some of it and some not so much.

16. Hustle- A basic sports story but doesn't make it bad.

17. Thor: Love and Thunder- I'm surprised I liked this more than most people but I thought it was funny and fun.

18. Jackass Forever- Not as good as the others but is expected cause of their age.

19. Glass Onion- A bit stupid but I think that's the point? Still a lot of fun scenes.

20. Prey- I wanted to love this but was a bit bored.

21. Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness- I was so hyped for this and so disappointed. Still not bad though.

22. Men- Freaky movie. A bit too freaky for me.

23. The Son- Suprised by the bad reviews. I thought this was fine.

24. The Bob's Burgers Movie- Just felt like another episode instead of a big epic movie.

25. Lightyear- Basic as basic can be and they ruin a character.

26. Wendell and Wild- Wanted to love this but the characters were too bland.

27. Chip ’n Dale: Rescue Rangers- Funny at the start but gets old after a while.

28. Clerks 3- Tried to be too emotional instead of funny.

29. The Greatest Beer Run Ever- It's fine but I barely remember it.

30. Woooooooo! Becoming Ric Flair- If you seen any Flair doc then this is pretty much what you've seen.

31. Batman and Superman: Battle of the Super Sons- Robin was better than I thought but another forgettable DC animated film.

32. Barbarian- Comedy horror or serious horror. Pick one cause this didn't work for me.

33. X- Basic horror. Nothing new or special.

34. Nope- So dissappointing. Hated most of the characters and felt the thing in the sky was dissappointing.

35. Fresh- Going in blind as possible might help but the stupid poster spoils it.

36. Black Adam- So many characters wasted to feed The Rock ego.

37. Sonic the Hedgehog 2- Better than the first I guess but still a crappy adaptation.

38. Morbius- I didn't hate this as much as others but it was still pretty crappy.

39. Teen Titans Go! & DC Super Hero Girls: Mayhem in the Multiverse- The Super Hero Girls are boring and not enough Multiverse.

40. Smile- Thought it would be a fun horror but I felt it was trying too hard to have a message then to have fun with the silly plot.

41. Texas Chainsaw Massacre- Just stop. You're almost ruining the first which was great.

Every movie of 2021 I've seen till  2/20/2022 ranked best to worst

 1. Judas and The Black Messiah- I was on the edge of my seat since I didn't know the story that well. It's a shame it's a true story.

2. The Green Knight- The most beautiful movie of the year.

3. Spider-Man: No Way Home- Not the best Spider-Man movie but pretty close

4. Raya and the Last Dragon- I liked all the characters and was a very good adventure to watch.

5. Encanto- The songs are just too good.

6. Nightmare Alley- The first half really got my attention. 2nd half is not as good but still solid.

7. Last Night in Soho- It wasn't as scary as I hoped but still pretty creepy and entertaining

8. Candy Man- Better than the original in my opinion.

9. The Suicide Squad- Still not perfect but a much better improvement then the other one.

10. Red Rocket- Simon Rex giving one of the best performances of the year. Never thought I say that.

11. In The Heights- Just a fun musical. The songs weren't as good as hamilton but still good.

12. French Dispatch- One of the stories is great but the others are either okay or kinda bad.

13. Shang Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings- Has some of the best action scenes in the MCU.

14. Bad Trip- Better verison of Bad Grandpa.

15. Belfast- Beautifully shot but drags in some places.

16. The Mitchells vs The Machines- One of the best family films of the year.

17. Dune- Beautiful movie but felt too long.

18. Spencer- The performance is better than the actual movie.

19. The Tragedy of Macbeth- It's just another Macbeth movie.

20. Black Widow- Fun for the most part but dumb in some places.

21. Batman: The Long Halloween, Part Two- Best Two-Face movie

22. Godzilla vs Kong- Dumb but fun.

23. Zack Synder's Justice League- Long but better than the original.

24. Batman: Soul of the Dragon- Better Mortal Kombat movie.

25. Mortal Kombat- The action was good but lacked the charm and character from the first one.

26. Patrice O'neal: Killing is Easy- The doc was good but should've been much better for a great comedian.

27. Licorice Pizza- Most overrated movie of the year?

28. Luca- The story is bland but the animation is good.

29. Venom: Let there be Carnage- I'm just happy to see Carnage.

30. Together Together- Cute movie nothing special.

31. The Matrix Resurrections- Meta stuff is good but everything else is meh.

32. Oxygen- Takes from other movies but it's okay I guess.

33. Eternals- Too long but I liked some of the characters.

34. Batman: The Long Halloween, Part One- Should've been one movie cause this felt incompleted.

35. Justice Society: World War 2- I like seeing some of the characters but the story was bland.

36. Halloween Kills- Pretty dumb. Didn't expect it to be worse than the other one.

37. Trollhunters: Rise of the Titans- Let down of a finale of a good series.

38. Chaos Walking- Interesting idea done poorly.

39. Old- Another interesting idea done poorly but this was worse.

40. Injustice- A boring and stupid story to be done.

41. Spiral- Don't expect SAW movies to be smart but at least let them be entertaining.

42. Space Jam- That Porky Pig rap scene is one of the worst scenes I've ever seen.

43. Willy's Wonderland- Could've been decent if they tried harder on making the villians more intimidating.

Every movie of 2020 (I've seen) ranked Best to Worst to this date.

1. The Father- Heartbreaking as it is complex. A very well done story on how dealing with dementia is like on both sides.

2. Minari- I love most of this film. It was very heartwarming and somewhat complex. I just wasn't a big fan of the ending.

3. I'm Thinking of Ending Things- Complex and weird but never boring and very interesting. Everything you expected from a Charlie Kauffman film

4. A Promising Young Woman- Feels like your average revenge feminist flick but turns into a wild fun ride.

5. The Devil All the Time- Dark and gritty with a lot of interesting characters and stories.

6. The Invisible Man- As a invisible man remake it's not great. But it's a very solid film about abuse.

7. Soul- This could've been one of Pixar great if it didn't go the silly route in the 2nd half but it was still good.

8. Onward- A good brotherly love story but the jokes weren’t great.

9. The Trial of Chicago 7- The performances are top notch besides Eddie. But the writing is a bit meh.

10. Run- Very similar to other films on this topic but the performances makes it good.

11. Borat Subsequent Moviefilm- Not as good as the first but still funny and entertaining. Will probably be dated in a few years.

12. The Half of it- Such a charming film about love and friendship.

13. Superman: Red Son- Maybe if I read the comic I would have liked this less but I thought it was a very interesting what if story.

14. Superman: Man of Tommorrow- Solid Superman Story but the animation could've been better.

15. Justice League Dark: Apokolips War- It's the endgame of DC animated films. It's fine for what it is.

16. Da 5 Bloods- Could've been better if they focus on the war more instead of a treasure hunt.

17. Nomadland- I wanted to love this more then I did. But I just didn't care about any of the characters.

18. King Of Staten Island- Good performances but way too long like most Judd Apatow films.

19. New Mutants- CW verison of Doom Patrol.

20. The Croods: A New Age- Solid and better animation than the first but had no heart like the first one.

21. Wonder Woman 1984- It's pretty dumb main storyline but the visuals and Cheetah were pretty good.

22. Mulan- It was one of the most beautiful films I seen but the characters and story was bland as bland can be.

23. American Pickle- Kind of a heartwarming movie but goes a weird alt right route.

24. The Stand: How One Gesture Shook the World- A solid doc that could've been better with a better budget.

25. Tenet- Everything you hate about Nolan films in this movie. Only a few stuff that you love about them is in it.

26. Birds of Prey- Not a fan of this Harley and some of the characters are poorly written but it still have good action scenes.

27. Hillbilly Elegy- Would've been fine if the main character wasn't such a bore.

28. Sonic- A very basic 90's movie that was almost saved by Jim Carrey over the top performance.

29. Scoob!- As a Hanna Barbera film it's good but as a Scooby Doo film it is not.

30. The Hunt- Tried too hard to be some anti woke funny film. It was kind of cringey.

31. You Should Have Left- Thinks it's some complex movie but really a basic boring horror movie that wasn't scary.

32. Fantasy Island- A neat idea ruined by annoying characters and dumb plot twists.

33. The Spongebob Movie: Sponge On The Run- A big stupid not funny commercial for Kamp Koral

1. Marriage Story- Never seen a film that did marriage and divorce so well.

2. Avengers Endgame- A almost perfect climax to a great saga.

3. JoJo Rabbit- Such a charming film especially considering the topic.

4. The Last Black Man in San Francisco- A underrated gem with great performances on a unique story.

5. 1917- The gimmick was needed to let you feel what it's like to go through war and how it never feels like it ends.

6. Uncut Gems- This movie is stressful. Also while I think Sandler was very good I don't think he should have won a Oscar for this but maybe nominated.

7. The Irishman- A great reminder of great actors and a great director. Might be the last time we see them this great.

8. Spider-Man: Far From Home- Didn't expect it to be as good as it was. Mainly cause of the great villian.

9. Toy Story 4- This was probably the funniest of the Toy Story series but probably the one with the least amount of emotion.

10. Shazam- One of the best family films of the year.

11. Rocketman- A wonderful music video tribute to one of the best!

12. Parasite- A good message for a crazy story that you don't know where it's going.

13. Us- Wonderful performance by Lupita makes this Twlight Zone episode worth watching.

14. The Lighthouse- Great performances and good atmosphere. Felt like I would have liked it more if it wasn't for the hype.

15. Midsommar- A bit disappointing considering how much I loved Hereditary but still good even though the story was predictable.

16. Missing Link- Underrated with its beatufiul animation and cute story.

17. Knives Out- The story is kind of a mess but the actors are having fun and it's a pretty fun movie for the most part.

18. John Wick 3- Feels similar to the first two but hooks you in the more you watch making it one of the best action trilogies.

19. Little Woman- A good story and film but I'm not so sure it needed to be told again.

20. Honey Boy- Can we all admit that Shia can act now?

21. Steven Universe The Movie- The show is better but the villian in this is sooo good.

22. Captain Marvel- Fun superhero story that people was too harsh to.

23. Once Upon a Time in Hollywood- Feel like Quentin ego and foot fetish hurts it but still a fun movie.

24. Bombshell- A important topic with good performances but felt it could have been done better.

25. The Lego Movie 2: The Second Part- It's not as good as the first but still fun and worth watching.

26. Joker- I mean Joaquin did do a great performance but he has done better and the story was a bit ehh. Possibly the most overrated movie of the year.

27. How To Train Your Dragon: The Hidden World: Beatufiul animation but the story and villian are lackluster.

28. A Beautiful Day in the Neighborhood- Worth it for Tom Hanks performance but the cliche story almost ruined it.

29. Fyre Fraud- A good story to tell that was told the right way.

30. Judy- Felt this could have been done way better if they focused on her childhood more but Renee is still good.

31. Scary Stories to Tell in the Dark- Kind of underrated but had a disappointing ending and some bad CGI.

32. Always Be My Maybe- Has one of the best cameos ever.

33. Doctor Sleep- Two scenes save this from being okay or bad but the rest of it is ehhhhhh.

34. Fighting With My Family- A cute story but feel like it could have been better if they told the real story instead of making up 40% of it.

35. Batman Hush- I think it's better than people say and didn't mind the change of the original but still kind of forgettable.

36. Detective Pikachu- Cuteness makes this one of the best video game movies of all time which doesn't say much.

37. Booksmart- Felt this should have been better but used the same tropes as most coming of age films do.

38. Yesterday- A cute story done in a unique way but nothing groundbreaking.

39. Wicked Shockingly Evil and Vile- The performance of Zach doesn't save it cause the story seems misdirected on what it wants to tell.

40. Glass- It's dumb and Bruce Willis is barely acting in this but still fun and a nice end even though some of it doesn't make sense.

41. Alita: Battle Angel: A good life action anime with a terrible love story in it.

42. Lion King- Was it pointless and way worse than the original? Yes but it was still pretty impressive to look at.

43. Childs Play- A unique way to tell the story but not sure it needed to be retold.

44. It Chapter Two- Wasn't really scary and kind of dumb except the birth mark part. But Bill Hader is sooo good in this!

45. Frozen 2- Probably the most disappointing film of the year. The story was a mess and borderline insulting to the original.

46. Dark Phoenix- The last action scene almost saved it but everything else was pretty bad.

47. Justice League vs. The Fatal Five- Everything is fine with this film except the Fatal Five. They were pretty boring.

48. Aladdin- Will Smith and Mena had good chemistry but still a pointless remake of a great film.

49. Beach Bum- Matthew does a fine performance but his character does something so bad and the film just treats it like whatever.

50. Pet Sematary- A pointless reboot of a great story. This takes everything great about it and makes it bland.

51. Culture Shock- A cliche Twlight Zone wannabe that had potenial but was disappointing.

52. Godzilla: King of the Monsters- The human characters were soooo bad but hey the monster fights were kind of fun

53. Wonder Woman Bloodlines- The beginning is pretty awful considering how they rushed it but the villian at the end nearly saves it.

54. Brightburn- How do you make such a lazy cliche film on such a interesting topic?

55. Dumbo- Dumbo was cute but everything else was pretty bad. WTF happened to you Tim Burton?

56. Reign Of Superman- Just as dumb as the comic.

57. Escape Room- Just as dumb as it sounds and predictable.

58. Happy Death Day 2U- Just because you're self aware how dumb this is doesn't make it any less dumb.

1. Isle of Dogs-Great animation, great characters and a great story. Just great great great.

2. Eighth Grade-One of the realest coming of age movies I have ever seen. I hated watching it cause it reminded me of my childhood which makes it great.

3. Hereditary-This isn't all the way horror but it's great when it's not horror and when it is

. 4. Roma-Great camera work. Some people say not much story but I felt for the characters more then most movies.

5. Spider-Man: Into The Spider-Verse-Great animation and the villians and spiders were all very fun.

6. Burning-A unpredictable thriller that kept me on the edge of my seat till the very end.

7. Won't You Be My Neighbor- Great tribute film for Mr. Rogers.

8. Avengers: Infinity War- The first half was kinda blah but the 2nd half was exciting and fun.

9. First Man- I wasn't feeling this movie all that much at the start but that ending man. Wow.

10. A Star is Born- Good acting and good story but felt a bit rushed at the start then slow around the end.

11. Sorry To Bother You- One of the weirdest movies I've seen but entertaining and a bit sad when you think about it.

12. Searching-I was expecting more emotion especially because of the that opening scene but it was still a fun mystery movie.

13. Annihilation- Yes the bear scene was great but the rest of the movie was good as well!

14. Suspiria- Just weird. I mean I loved some of it and also kinda was bored through some but still a good movie.

15. The Favourite- I was so ready to love this movie and while I still think it's good I was kinda disappointed in it.

16. Blackkklansman- Fun little detective movie. Nothing special but still fun.

17. Incredibles 2- I like this better than the first one and I didn't really care for the first one. This one had funner scenes and animation was much better.

18. Black Panther- The action scenes was fun and the characters were good but some of the choices they made in this movie was questionable.

19. Widows- Expected better considering who directed it and wrote it but it's still a fun action movie with some nice twists and turns.

20. Deadpool 2- All the characters were fun and entertaining except Deadpool. I found him kinda annoying.

21. Love, Simon- Nice movie that may help people come out which is a good thing.

22. The Tale- This was difficult movie to watch but important and I'm glad I watched it.

23. The Little Stranger- It's slow but interesting and haunting. I enjoyed it.

24. Boy Erased- Good acting but the editing was kinda weird.

25. Crazy Rich Asians- Just a feel good fun movie. You really root for the main character.

26. If Beale Street Could Talk- The main actress acting was pretty bad but besides that this movie was beautiful.

27. Mid90s- I mean this movie is the 90's but nothing else was special about it.

28. A Quiet Place- Can we stop pretending like this movie is some masterpiece? It's a fun horror movie that's all.

29. Can You Ever Forgive Me-Richard Grant was so good in this. So glad he got nominated.

30. Upgrade- The better venom movie but still isn't great.

31. Bohemian Rhapsody-The last scene makes up for the problems with the movie.

32. Green Book-This movie is cliche and so oscar baitey but the performances were great.

33. WildLife- Kinda boring but it's still pretty good. Parents need to get their crap together.

34. Suicide Squad: Hell To Pay- The best suicide Squad movie even though the storyline is pretty silly.

35. Aquaman- This movie was really fun! But it just kept going and going and going and goinggggggggggg

36. Andre The Giant- I liked it but I wish they would be truthful especially Hogan.

37. Robin Williams: Come Inside my Mind- Nice doc of Robin but nothing special.

38. Batman: Gotham by Gaslight- An interesting take for the Batman story that I kinda enjoyed.

39. Tag- I like this better than game night cause it was more fun and felt more real. Still not perfect thoug.

40. Game Night- It was good but not as funny as people say.

41. Paterno- Good acting by pachino and glad this story was told in movie form.

42. Christopher Robin-This movie was fine but expected more of a drama but it's more like a comedy except some parts.

43. The Death of Superman- Basically one big fight scene that was fun to watch.

44. Vice- Christian Bale acted his butt off but that's probably the only good thing about this film.

45. Ready Player One- It's a fun little movie with a god awful villian.

46. Mandy- It's pretty to look at but not much substance besides that.

47. Ant-Man and The Wasp- It's fine nothing special. Some fun gags and a neat villian.

48. Sicario: Day of the Soldado- The 2nd half of this film is a mess but still good acting and action scenes.

49. Beautiful Boy- This movie should have been way better than it was. It had good acting but the editing and directing was not so good.

50. Halloween- So many dumb moments in this movie. There were some great moments but I really hated the dumb moments.

51. Ralph Breaks the Internet- The first Wreck It Ralph had heart but this one was just a mess. It's like they only cared about making dumb jokes and memes and Gal Gadot was terrible in this.

52. Bipolar Rock 'N Roller- An okay doc but kinda forgettable. I'm glad they made it I just wish it was more interesting.

53. Blockers- It was kinda funny but just a forgettable comedy.

54. Batman Ninja-I didn't realize how dumb this movie was going to be. Still good animation though.

55. Pacific Rim: Uprising- If you liked the first one well this one takes a big crap on it but it does have some fun scenes.

56. To All The Boys I've Loved Before- Just a generic teen rom com. Nothing special what so ever.

57. Venom- Tom Hardy was fun and this was more venom than Spider-Man 3 venom but man it gets really bad at the end.

58. Farenheight 451- This movie tried really hard to pander to teens and it's just not good.

59. The House that Jack Built- This movie is not as smart as it think it is.

60. Rampage- I just wanted a dumb monster movie instead they try too hard to make a story. It's not terrible but not good.

61. The Strangers: Prey at Night- That one scene at the pool was soooooo good but everything else was pretty bad.

62. The Nun- How can you make such a scary character so boring and forgettable.

Ranking every movie I’ve seen in 2017 from best to worst:

1. The Shape of Water- This movie was so great. It felt so classic but yet so new. Not much to say about it just watch it.

2. Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri- Great acting, great characters and a great story. Who would have thought this movie made me laugh as much as it did.

3. The Big Sick- I really didn’t think I would love this movie as much as I did but it such a heartwarming and heartbreaking story done so right.

4. Logan- The wolverine I’ve been wanting for a long time. Thank you Hugh Jackman.

5. The Florida Project- This movie reminded me of my childhood and idk if that’s a good or bad thing I do know this movie was done so well.

6. Thor: Ragnarok- A dumb action movie done right. This is the type of comic book movies I love to watch.

7. Lady Bird- A coming of age tale that isn’t really original but the characters make up for it especially the main character.

8. Coco- The story was predictable but the animation was wonderful and it made me cry!

9. Wind River- The beginning was a bit slow but still good but the 2nd half had me on the edge of my seat.

10. I, Tonya- Felt like a Coen Brothers movie but it’s a true story (kinda) I loved it but didn’t really like the Margot Robbie casting.

11. Detroit-So sad to watch and it’s even sadder to know it’s a true story but this movie was important. Went a little too long though.

12. John Wick: Chapter 2- Another dumb action movie but so much fun. I thought it was better than the first.

13. Get Out- This movie a bit overrated in my opinion but still a creative movie.

14. Baby Driver- A fun action movie that had me on the edge of my seat but the ending was a bit ridiculous.

15. Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2- I liked it better than the first cause they actually focused on the characters. The villian was better and it was sadder.

16. Spider-Man: Homecoming- The spiderman we always wanted and the spiderman movie we almost always wanted but it still wasn’t perfect.

17. Okja- Feels like a fun little kids movie but it’s a dark movie and hard to watch at times.

18. The Meyerowitz Stories (New and Selected)- A sad story about a broken family and nice acting performances by the whole cast.

19. Dunkirk-A wonderfully shot movie but....the story was kinda there. I know some people will say there wasn’t a story but there was it just wasn’t interesting enough.

20. Call Me By Your Name-A movie that dragged and the actors didn’t have much chemistry but it got a lot better as it went on.

21. War for the Planet of the Apes-This movie is so cliche and predictable but it was still better than the other two and a lot more fun.

22. It Comes at Night-This movie was creative and interesting but not interesting enough to say it was better than good.

23. The Beguiled-I kinda hated this movie at the start. I was so bored at times but it got much better in the climax.

24. Jim & Andy: The Great Beyond - Featuring a Very Special, Contractually Obligated Mention of Tony Clifton -This movie is more about Jim than Andy and I don’t know if I like that or not

25. mother!- I love and hate this movie. I couldn’t figure out where to put it on this list but I liked it enough not to put it near the bottom.

26. A Ghost Story- This movie was fine and sometimes great but still kinda felt like pretentious especially one part.

27. Wonder Woman- The best dceu movie. Not saying much but this was a fun watch and Wonder Woman is so likeable.

28. T2 Trainspotting- A pointless sequel but still good and worth a watch.

29. The Disaster Artist- Most overrated movie of the year? It was good but kinda pointless just read the book or watch the room.

30. The LEGO Batman Movie-Not as good as the lego movie but still good and funny. Wouldn’t mind a sequel.

31. The Immortal Life of Henrietta Lacks- Great story and good performances but still felt like something was missing.

32. Power Rangers- I wish this movie was up higher cause I feel it’s underrated. It was fun and the characters was likeable.

33. Kingsman: The Golden Circle- Not as bad as people say but still went a little overboard on things.

34. Justice League Dark- A fun movie but wish they used swamp thing more and batman shouldn’t have been in it.

35. Ghost in the Shell-Kinda boring at times but still cool to look at.

36. It- The kids were fine and so was the story I guess but it wasn’t scary at all.

37. The Little Hours-A funny movie but the joke went too long. It was kinda one joke the whole movie.

38. The LEGO Ninjago Movie- Tried too hard to be the lego movie. Still funny though.

39. Kong: Skull Island- Kinda boring. The characters were too bland.

40. Captain Underpants: The First Epic Movie- Wasn’t as good as it should be. The joke got old fast.

41. Life- A very basic and boring sc-fi movie.

42. Justice League- I feel like I should hate this movie more but I didn’t. Only Aquaman made me angry besides that most of the stuff was fine I guess.

43. The Dark Tower- I barely remember stuff about this movie. Matthew McConaughey was good.

44. The Wall- This movie should have been a short film. It felt too long for such a simple story.

45. Happy Death Day- Stupid and predictable but kind of fun.

46. Jigsaw- A basic saw horror movie that was pointless to bring back but still kind of fun to see it back.

47. Rough Night- One character is so hateable but the rest are fine. A basic chick flick comedy.

48. The Snowman- This movie is a mess and boring but it tried.

49. Death Note- Wow did this movie crap on it’s source material. Probably the most angry I watched a movie from 2017.

50. Jesus, Bro!- Bad acting, not funny and some of the jokes made no sense.

51. The Book Of Henry- Wowww this was wow. Can’t believe some of the stuff I saw in this movie. But in some weird reason I recommend everybody watch it.
