The Rusty plush got a much needed update today! I added his shoulder cones and some other additional details I initially was going to add when I first made him but I was too exhausted to add at the time.
Really happy with how he's looking now, the shoulders especially look leagues better with the additional details now added
got something very special in the mail today (please excuse the photos taken at two very different times)
the Re:Resonance Concert CD, managed to snag it for a great price through JP mercari using buyee
Armoured core 4 and For Answer pretty awesome btw
My V.IV Rusty plush is finally done! This was a huge project and the embroidery alone took around 14 hours to complete!
I tried to include as many details as possible (while also leaving him simplified enough to be reasonable to sew) and i'm super happy with the final result ^^
Some additional photos
So i'm making a V.IV Rusty plush
(if you see this twice it's because i'm posting this on two different accounts)
another little marker doodle
I got some alcohol markers yesterday its been fun returning to traditional art wish I got a photo before colouring though was super proud of the linework btw the armoured core official artbook slaps when it comes to reference material
my rendition of that one halo meme
Took somewhere around 10 hours, but I just completed AC6 with just the default mech and default weapons (stun needle allowed for the worm)
Hardest fight by far was the coral guardian which took about three and a half hours to beat on its own (everything after this felt so easy)
This was my first time ever doing a challenge run in any game before so i’m really proud of myself for it and I had a lot of fun doing it too!
Hey so a couple days ago I finally fully completed this challenge, it was around 100 hours or so total to beat, doing every mission, alternate mission, boss, ending (yes even the true ending) I was hard stuck on the true final boss for months and I almost gave up a number of times, but the fact that it was the last thing I had to do to finish this challenge kept me motivated. Suddenly though I made huge progress and it was roughly another 10 hours after that when I FINALLY beat it Going forwards im going to attempt an ending with some of the other presets, I do not have it in me to suffer through the entire game again (true ending, branch fight, and the redguns fight broke me lol) Anyways that's all, I finally did it! In other news I am working on making a custom Rusty plush which I plan to share here in the future
A showcase of my current armoured core 6 collection
The artbook just came in yesterday its honestly an amazing art book and I highly recommend it for artists as it has tons of detailed references and detailed visuals on how things move!
The collectors edition is also a newer addition to my collection, I found it for less than half the original retail price off ebay that was a huge find and I was so excited when it arrived.
Then I have my model kits and robot spirits figures, I also have Michigan but I havent gotten to building him yet. I have the Snail and Milktooth kits ordered as well but those wont be arriving till around september I think, same with the Steel Haze Ortus robot spirits figure.
Lastly I have two of the Torch Torch shirts on the way, the Handler Walter and C4-621 shirts! I also would like to get the Honest Brute and Rusty shirts when they release (Rusty shirt is only a mock up design last I saw it)
I genuinely love this game so much and its characters so though its a lot, all of my little trinkets make me really happy! I wanted to share these here since this is really the only place I have interacted directly with the AC6 fanbase and the only place I really feel comfortable to do so as well! I hope my little trinkets are interesting to look at :]
Parallels
My partner and I’s characters, they’re inspired visually by rusty and ayre ^^
Bio-Mech freaks, mine and @platonichugs ocs
(yes they’re inspired by Ayre and Rusty, I have severe brain rot)

@teal-chimera is this the one youre looking for?
unfortunately not but I'll share anyways! <3
The more prevalent Ai art gets, and this need for all art online to be perfect and polished and boring, the less and less I care about my own art being polished.
So what if you can see my brushstrokes or if this line is wobbly. It just proved I made it with my hands and it wasn't done by a machine or a corporation.
Idk but if one good thing comes from this Ai art wave, it's that I hope people come to appreciate the flawed nature of human made art, and stop giving themselves and others impossible standards. Let your humanity show through in the things you make. Technical skills are impressive if you have them, but that's not what makes art good you know?
That part at least has been hella freeing!
