I’m doing a scrolling parallax thing with the background in NAS 2. I thought about drawing the fence and some other objects in proper perspective, but I decided against it. Two reasons. . The first is that when the screen is moving every frame, the rest of your animation needs to be on ones too, or the animation looks noticeably jerky. Every frame would need a slight redraw to reflect the gradual change. It’s really not worth the trouble! . The second is that there should be some time consuming animation not far ahead and it’s in the foreground, where people will notice, so there’s not much point in sinking a lot of effort into the details of a passing background. Oh! Also Trixie will be there, hanging out with Glimglam because I think they’re a good duo! Lifting stuff and throwing things around, no less.
