On my adventure today I was offered free foliage and flowers from Krogers! What I should say is when I grabbed them and picked them up thinking oh maybe even some green will add more life to the room happy to find that they smelled like the flowers my grandmothers would have on their dining tables and windowsills! I brought them home with no clue if we had vases for me to put them in (I would have used a drinking glass if not) while searching through my Aunts cupboards I found all her old crystal dishes that she would decorate with every change of the season and holidays ❣️ piecing together the women in my family and honoring them in such a beautiful way has my heart so happy!! Who knew free flowers would give me such gratitude for the strong women who persisted in life even though it wasn't theirs they lived it for everyone else and I couldn't be who I am without them 💖 Rest in heavenly peace and I miss and love you all so so much ❤️
