glimmer & catra’s character arcs lock each other into place so so perfectly it’s honestly a little baffling. glimmer’s arc is about how the ends don’t justify the means and catra’s is about how the means don’t justify the ends. we can empathize with and understand glimmer because she was just trying to help, but that doesn’t make using your friend’s life as a playing chip without her knowledge and consent ok, doesn’t make activating a super weapon that you know to be dangerous and unstable ok. we can empathize with and understand catra because after all her abuse and having the ground ripped out from under her feet it makes sense she would go off the deep end, but that doesn’t make hurting people who are trying to help you ok, doesn’t make trying to drag the world down with you because you don’t see life as worth living ok. and then they both have to work together to drag themselves out of the terrible circumstances they’ve worked themselves into!!! and then they both demonstrate that yes you can go down the wrong path but if you acknowledge it was wrong and use whatever love you have left in your heart to do everything you can to right that course, you’re not beyond redemption!!!!! you still have worth and people who will stick up for you !!!!!!!! idk it’s just. yeah. really really good.

~ Catra grew up around terrible people. Manipulators. Lairs. Traitors. That being said when a kind or good person comes along she's noticeably suspicious. The Hoarde has no room for kind or gentle people. Only those that pretend to be those things.

~ The Horde is an awful place full of awful people but even so your just not like the rest of the Horde. Your not... well Catra admits your not awful.

~ Your well respected and well known among the troops. A young Force Captain like Catra working your way up to general. You've given your team and the people around you a reason to trust you and that trust is reflected through their actions. No matter how crazy your plan, no matter how dangerous or ill received it always gets done and it almost always works.

~ Catra falls in love with your fire. Your fearlessness. Your loyalty. Your ability to be honest and tell everyone everything you know. If people have questions they come too you. If people need guidance help or support they come to you. When Catras lonely and she can't stand it anymore... she comes too you.

~ It starts off very slowly. Catra has trust and abandonment issues. Those issues aren't just going away but with you they do begin to wear down. She begins telling you things. Getting closer. Becoming semi affectionate and your there never discouraging it. Always waiting for her move. You know and your giving her time.

~ A shoulder touch here a tail wrapped around your leg there and sometimes when your planning something a gentle handhold. She ignores her growing feelings and you wait patiently. When she's ready she'll tell you.

~ She eventually does. It's been a few months maybe a year or more. She comes up to you shyly ears flat against her head and tail dragging on the floor. Carefully she takes your hand holding it tightly before she leans in quickly pressing her lips against yours. It's so quick and she's about to pull away but you lean in kissing back. Catra nearly cries when you kiss back.

I absolutely refuse to believe that Adora didn't end up with some kind of cat insticts after growing up with Catra. Even just small things like bounding up stairs on all fours.

I completely believe that Adora would cut her hand on something and right in front of a horrified Bow and Glimmer, she'll lick it.

I am sure Adora will slowly blink to show that she trusts someone.

Arching her back when she senses some kind of danger.

She's definitely been shown to use touching foreheads as a sign of affection too, so I really believe she's picked up more.

Also I just really badly want to see Bow seeing a mouse and shouting and Adora just giving chase to it.

Consciously, less instinct, Adora will push things off a table to try and understand why Catra found joy in it. She hasn't understood it yet, but she's sure if she keeps doing it, she'll get it one day.

She once ate a spider in front of Glimmer and Bow and Bow almost threw up his lunch and Glimmer almost threw her fists at Adora.

hordak imagine with a princess s/o who he often has sit on the arm of his throne, and he often has an arm around her waist, tapping idly on her thigh. what would they talk about, would he let her wander about, would he let her chat with entrapta or catra?

Hordaks Queen

~ First things first Hordaks lover is a queen not a princess and he won't take anything less. He is a king and therefore he needs a queen by his side. Not someone below him but someone who can stand with him and be an equal. He has no interest in coddling a lover. If they can't keep up they shouldn't be his.

~ Once his queen has earned his respect they are more than welcome to either sit on his throne when he's not in the room, sit in their own throne, or sit in his lap. He however perfers when they sit on his lap and just chat with him. Something about their close proximity and how he can easily just stroke their face or touch their hair while they talk makes his insides flutter. It's very intimate and he loves spending time with his queen. He could spend hours holding them close talking about anything and everything.

~ He is a scientist and a strategist. He needs an s/o who can keep up with his mind and his crazy ideas. He wishes to invade, to rule and too do that he must be ten steps ahead of his enemy. New weapons. New warriors. New bases. New strategies. Following him and his train of thought is essential to be his partner. But if you see a flaw in his plan or notice something he isn't thinking about in his ideas point it out immediately. He'd rather have his pride wounded than a battle lost or a plan thwarted. You are the only one able to correct him so don't be surprised when generals and force captains stare.

~ You don't have to be as smart as Hordak to be his queen. He just wants someone smart enough to understand the basic ideas he's trying to convey without him dumbing it down for them. Science, biochemistry, and Strategy are some of his favorite subjects and he wants to talk about them. He will listen and talk about whatever you want to as well as long as he feels like it's not a waste of time.

~ Alternatively if you are as smart as him or even smater than him it is a huge turn on. Most of his army and his generals are bright but they could never match his wits. A queen who could not only outsmart him but have confidence and sarcasm while doing it will get him flustered each time. He may seem angry when you correct him but really he's just proud and not good at articulating it. He's also not used to being wrong.

~ Genuine praise and admiration from his queen will shock him every time. He feels very humbled when he outright gets a compliment from you just because. He will smile softly if no one is in the room and will watch you with a dopey smile. He's always in a good mood after you give him a small peck and a compliment.

~ Hordaks not one for grand romantic gestures but he loves you full heartedly and would die for you. You are his queen and he'd lay down his life for you because you'd do the same. Once he falls truly and deeply for his queen there is no going back and he will love them forever.

~ Expect lots of physical gifts since he's not good at showing his love emotionally. He knows your feelings and emotions are important and he wishes he could express how he cares better but until he learns this is how he shows that you mean the world too him. He'll give you only the finest clothes, jewelry, perfume, flowers, and foods. Anything you could ever desire he'll give you. Say the word and it's yours.

~ Dates include lavish dinners in your private chambers, spending time in his personal library reading to each other, cuddling on his throne reminiscing about war stories, and flirting in his science lab. He may not be a romantic but he makes sure any date with you is special and that you enjoy yourself. He just wants you happy.

~ You are known as his queen through out his empire. He has no need to hide you. He is protective of you but he won't keep you trapped in your shared quarters and the sanctum. Besides Hordak knows you can take care of yourself so while he spends long hours in his lab he trusts you to take care of what's going on in the Hoarde.

~ Hordak gets excited when another base is built or an Etherian village is taken. He has a habit of bringing you small gifts from his conquests and depsite being terrible with emotions he does know how to catalogue what you do and don't like. He's an expert on your tastes and always brings you souvineers and things you'd love back from war. It's very sweet and it's the closest Hordak will get to truly romantic

~ As for the two trouble makers? Catra and Scorpia just come with your job. They give you reports and you take and catalog them. Your friendlier than most Horde memebers and no one dares be rude too out of fear and respect. Hordak is the brains. The soldiers are the muscle. And your the glue. You keep the Hoarde running when Hordaks too busy to focus on it.

~ Catra finds you amusing. Scorpia thinks your amazing. You work with them quit often and over time you've all become decent friends. Catra needs years of therapy and people who care about her while Scorpia needs to feel loved. They find these things in you.

~ Catra gets the admiration and therapy she so desperately craves from you. You tell her when she's doing a good job and how she is valued and needed just as you tell every soldier who shares their loyalty. Your not afraid to give punishment to those that deserve it but you are nothing like Hordak when it comes to morals. You tell soldiers when they do good and give them rewards when they succeed. Your punishments are aslo typically mild unless someone commits treason. Than you show why you are Hordaks queen ans number one.

~ Scorpia meanwhile gets a friend. She is very loyal and kind and honestly good company. You can't talk to her about science and mathematics like Hordak but sometimes it's nice to have a change in topic. Scorpia is a noble soldier who's full of life and gentle. You spend many nights talking of anything but the war and grow close. Hordak holds a distain for that. He gets easily jealous of your relationships and has trouble controlling his temper.

~ Occasionally Hordak gets very jealous of your relationships with others as you belong to only HIM in his mind and that can cause issues in your relationship but eventually he calms down and becomes less obsessive as the relationship continues. With you he learns how to express himself and speak what he's feeling. He doenst really need too since you understand his body language but he wants to make it easier for you.

~ All in all the relationships has ups and downs but he loves you and he does everything in his power to make you feel like a queen. You truly are his world and he loves you more than he'll ever love anyone.

Yandere mom shadow weaver? sounds like it could be interesting

~She sees you very similarly to how she sees Adora. Your her lil angel and she will do anything to keep you happy and safe. But in order to do that you must obey.

~Your held to very high standards and are expected too perform at only your best always. It can be overwhelming with how controlling and suffocating Shadow Weaver is but you don't have much if any choice at all. She's a puppeteer. She loves you but do not be fooled you are a puppet and a way for her to get what she wants.

~ You don't even know how unhealthy she is as a mother because no one dares speak against her decisions and you don't have any exmaples to hold her too. She controls your decisions subconsciously and makes you act just as she would. She's molded you your entire life and you don't even know it. What you eat. What you wear. Who you talk too. Who you spend time with. When you sleep. When you train. How long you train. Your schooling. Your free time. She controls everything. She cares for you but she has to make sure you make smart decisions.

~ She manipulates you. She cares for you more than anything but you must see her a certain way. She is your mother and in proxy she is your leader. You will obey her every command no matter what and follow her through fire. Not that she'd ever let you walk through fire... unless that was absolutely necessary.

~ Shadow Weaver is insistent on you staying up to date on your magic studies and sparring skills. You are barely given any breaks and she often pushes you to see how powerful you can become. Mother knows best and Mother always wants her baby prepared. If any injuries occur while sparring or magic lessons take place she is very doting as she patches you up but she refuses to go easy reminding you that your enemies would never show mercy.

~ That being said Shadow Weaver is not above using her magic to change your mind or memories. If she thinks your becoming too free willed or plan to escape the hoarde and in turn her she will brainwash as many times as it takes to keep you close. She knows it hurts and she hates hearimg your screams but it's what must be done. After all you are her child she knows what's best.

~ Despite all her flaws she has some good qualities. Not enough to redeam her but enough to ensure you have a cushy life. She spoils you endlessly. You are given good food none of that mush or ration bar stuff like the common soldiers. Your room is also private. An adjoining one to hers. You have many uniforms to chose from all the highest quality clothing she could find and you have several shiny force captain badges to show off. You also have a private bathroom. This furthers her control of you but at least your cadge is a cushy one.

May I get a match up? I'm a huge lesbian who loves creative things. I love singing, dancing, drawing playing the bass guitar etc. I'm a huge hot head though who is sassy and done with your shit in no time. I'm very loud and hyper active most of the time, but I can have quiet moments while reading a book. I also tent to space out a lot into my daydreams which make me miss some things people say to me often.

 Singing and dancing??? When Adora learned what those things were she loved them! Shes not very good at dancing but she loves to twirl and spin with you or sway to the beat. She can’t sing at all but when you serenade her her heart melts. And art??? Don’t get her started! She loves watching you draw, your so good at it its just amazing???

 Hyper? Loud? Her best friends are the same so it doesn't make her love you any less if anything she loves your energy. She enjoys your hyper-ness and gets giggly when you get all excited. Your energy hypes her up so you two are a good mix.

 She doesn't mind if you daydream, if anything she’ll hold your hand and daze off with you. She has flashbacks and daymares all the time so being with you, feeling your presence helps calm her down.

Why Entrapta Is Autistic (An Infodump By An Autistic Person)

1. Special interests/infodumping

This is easily the most obvious of all autistic traits to pin down in Entrapta. She adores technology, often changing the subject to her work and getting excited when talking about it.

She also infodumps! A lot. Even when people are visibly confused or even bored, she will continue to talk about technology, being very, very happy and enthusiastic; even while in extremely dangerous situations.

Example: Rather than actually helping Adora while she is infected by a virus, Entrapta wants to dissect her to learn about the virus (which may also show the lack of empathy also commonly found in autistic folk.)

2. Misunderstanding social cues

Obviously, that last example was a big showing of exactly how oblivious Entrapta is to social situations. She’s often portrayed as unrelentingly loud and cheerful, even in awkward or dangerous situations.

Another example of this can be her being captured by Catra, where she kept on going back to her confines, even after she can escape; because that’s what she believes to be the “correct” action to take in this social situation.

She can also come across as creepy but, clearly, is very sweet, which is something I see a lot in autistic folks. (Girls, in particular!)

Also; maybe she wears those goggles so often because she has trouble with eye contact? Just saying.

3. Black and white views (and more on special interests)

Autistic people tend to have a very black and white view on the world, and can be rather stubborn. And while Entrapta shows her stubborn, blind loyalty while being interrogated by Catra, as soon as she realizes her friends aren’t coming back…

Her black and white view changes, and she shows almost no remorse for helping people who she previously thought were horrible.

Also; notice how Entrapta acts when Catra asks about technology. Saying things like, “Nobody EVER asks about my theories!” with great enthusiasm; the first time she is happy about joining their side. Not only is Entrapta joining because she thinks the princesses don’t care, but she’s joining because the horde can give her what the princesses couldn’t; support towards and resources for her special interests.

4. Possible sensory issues

This doesn’t happen all the time, admittedly; however, I did notice how often Entrapta uses her hair rather than her actual body for things involving physical contact.

Also; her obsession with tiny foods sure seems like a sensory issue. Lots of autistic folks only eat a specific type of food, or refuse to eat a certain type. For me, I refuse to eat things that are lumpy (like oatmeal and applesauce). Maybe, for Entrapta, it’s that she won’t eat anything too big.

5. Stimming

Honestly? This might be even easier to convince you of than special interests. The scene that sealed in my mind that Entrapta is 100%, without a doubt autistic:

I do that spinny chair thing all the time when I’m talking to my friends about my special interests. And, though it doesn’t say, she’s talking into that recorder about technology. Just look at that GIF and tell me that it’s not an autistic person happy-stimming as she’s infodumping about her special interest.

Slightly less obvious is her hand and hair motions while talking. She does a LOT of stuff with her arms and hair; obvious stimming, if you ask me!

And finally…
