âGot the morbsâ should be a thing.
Victorian slang is AMAZING, and select phrases really need to make a comeback.
âBitch the potâ - Pour the tea (HOW RELEVANT IS THIS!?)
âBang up the elephantâ - Absolutely perfect; super stylish
âWell, thatâs shot the baleâ - Something that has missed the mark entirely
âChurch-bellâ - A woman prone to gossip
âChuckabooâ - A dear friend, a bosom chum
âBeer and skittlesâ - A great time (see also: Irish Gaelic âcraicâ)
âButter on baconâ - Something overdone or too extravagant
âCupidâs kettle drumsâ - Breasts, particularly large ones
âGigglemugâ - A cheerful smiling face
All of these??? Make me smile??? Theyâre so weird and wonderful I love them??? Especially bitch the pot because thatâs something I could totally hear myself sayingâŠthat and chuckaboo
I worked in a Victorian tea house in my youth and Iâm telling you, you havenât lived till you hear a the 98 year old lady (this was some 15 years ago) utter the words âbitch the potâ because it was what they used to say when the tea house first opened and it just sort of stuck through all the generations.
When all your friends are asleep
And you just kinda do a mental spiral into a state of emotionless voidâŠ
[For Gay Pride Month, Billboard asked numerous pop culture luminaries to write âlove lettersâ to the LGBTQ community. Below, Brendon Urie, frontman of Panic! at The Disco and star of Kinky Boots on Broadway, shares his.]
Love is beautiful. I know this because of my fans. They have shown me countless times what it means to accept someone for who they are. That is pure love. The last tour we just finished was the most inspiring Iâve ever been a part of.
During âGirls/Girls/Boysâ fans would hold up brightly colored paper hearts against their phone lights to show their support of a community they may or may not have even been a part of. But this showed me that we ARE a part of the same community: Human beings.
I recently received a letter from one fan in particular named Vivian. She professed her gratitude for the concert and especially this incredible moment of love. It had given her the courage to be herself and admit to her parents who she felt she was. I can think of no greater gifts than love and acceptance.
So I want to say thank you. Thank you to all of you for being who you are. Youâre beautiful and I love you. (x)
I thought this was pretty and I like it because from above this is a nasty shallow puddle but from here it's really nice :)
I hate how every time I see him it just looks like he's about ready to go on a killing spree and has to keep everything in... rip Michael cera

I made some new limited Fine Art GiclĂ©e-Prints for my Etsy shop because the others are almost sold out (printed with archival inks on archival fine art watercolor paper). And because i often get asked if there will be a re-run of the sold prints: Well, no, this is the thing with limited prints. Once the print run is sold out, this print will be retired forever. So if you want it, buy it now! Numbered, singed and dated on the front and back. Better photos with close-ups on etsy Link to my shop: https://www.etsy.com/shop/Iraville đ

A man and his wife are walking down the street when the wife turns to her husband and says âhoney, I think itâs snowingâ the man looks back at her and says âno itâs raining.â To settle the debate between the two they ask the friendly redcoat standing at the end of the street. The redcoat, Rudolph tells them that it is in fact raining. The husband turns to his wife and says âsee, Rudolph the red knows rain dear.â
âThereâs an absolute prejudice that good movies are dramas and comedies are more dismissable. But I couldnât disagree more.â
