I was watching the gifs in that sid skating post again and thinking about how when geno skates he looks sort of lazy? he just swoops and glides around in a way that makes the movement look effortless (and also usually he’s got a look on his face like ‘I don’t get paid enough to be here but sid specially requested my presence so whatever, I came to work’ but that’s unrelated). whereas sid skating always looks like he is grimly Powering Up the Thigh Machines then engaging those massive haunches to propel himself down the ice. high effort high intensity try-hard skating lol. anyway they’re both perfect to me
