Regarding the Black Lord

There is a common misconception that SCP-035 "possessive mask" is the Black Lord of Alagadda; while I did hint to it, it was meant mostly as a joke. Their personalities are different; 035 could easily be a member of their court though - as I never wrote 035, I didn't want to directly claim something the original author did not intend. Good to note as well that the masks of Alagaddans was not based on 035 but inspired by a piece of art I made in my teens depicting Poe's The Red Death. The Lord of Anguish remains in Alagadda, in fact I have an image in my head of it and their particular domain that I really quite love (each lord has their own demesne - the Red Lord's quarter of Alagadda is to appear first in a soon-to-be finished SCP). The Black Lord is, let's just say, constrained to their own abyss (too much of a buzzkill, worse even than White) and wanders their realm wailing, weeping... and pulling all others - physically, psychologically - into their darkness because as they say, misery loves company and this Lord's despair is like a black hole.
