No I don't think he'd attack completely without reason, unless he's in a psycho mode which hasn't been triggered for a while. So they'll have to interact before that.

he’s a spy/assassin who’d get wounded on missions a lot so he knows how to fix himself. She’s got to be a professional scientist aka his creator to be able to fix him to be honest.

Er, actually i think he'd leave her die. he's not someone who has sympathy for strangers especially if there's a bad first impression. not no mention he wouldn't be showing up in the forest for a while
