A blog for fellow shippers to come together and share their confessions and opinions regarding the Severus/Hermione ship. Use the ask box to submit a confession. Hello! Sorry to botter but I really need to confess something that make me feel almost mad because i don't understand why snamione its a ship so hate for almost the whole Harry Potter fandom, they call it gross and wrong but ... snupin is okay? Snarry is almost sacred and god have mercy is if you question why! I don't understand, why this hate?? Why this need to take down snamione blogs or make authors and reader feel ashame like, if they so much hate the age diference why they acept tonks and remus? Or why they adore imagine harry or luna (bless luna our belove angel) making snape happy and giving him the life he deserve but is if is hermione that make everybody lost their head? I feel this a little to cruel and just upset me so much, ship and please let ship ! Whe only want severus be happy too and also make potions with him and kick some ass.

Whenever I read an sshg fic I always try to imagine Alan Rickman's voice with Snape's lines and Hermione with Emma's accent. Sometimes I do stuggle with imagining things so I watch video clips on Youtube to refresh my mind with how they both sound.

It took me awhile to find this ship, and it just fixes so well. I never saw Ron or Harry as a romantic partner for Hermione. But when I found Snamione it just made sense.

What do you use to make your confessions? The text, including 'harrypotterconfessions', is always so perfect, the same size for each one. So, I would like to know how you do it? Please and thank you.

i use a font called ‘inglobal’, i got it from dafont.com. i enjoy this font, because it’s fancy but also not fussy, and easy to read.

i crop the pics in Paint, then toss them into Photoshop. i usually play with the brightness and saturation, and always blur. then i add the caption. i try to go for an 18 or 24 point size, but sometimes i have to use a 6? i think it has something to do with the original files. or my old-ass photoshop. i just play with the number until it looks right. then the ‘harrypotterconfessions’ is added in a slightly smaller text. everything gets a three point ‘stroke’, i run some black under the words to make them easier to read, then it gets flattened and saved as a jpg. ~Taiga

My apologies followers. There are some chrome extension apps I can use to change the font size, however, I am comfortable with using Pixlr and I like the font I’m using. I would have liked for each confession to have consistent font size but alas this will not be the case. I had considered using a different app, but I just felt weird about it. I even tried downloading the ‘inglobal’ font, but I couldn’t use it for I need to open using a file that I had to pay for. I will do my best to stay consistent, and perhaps in the future changes will be made.
