March 2019 Digitals 173lbs was a Plateau. I lifted maybe 1-2 times a week with a week breaks sometimes, did a lot of cardio because I was performing full time . I didn’t really lift heavy , I did comfortable weight with more reps .
I was lean. You could see every muscle in my body . My body fat was close to 0%. I miss how cut I was. I didn’t have to flex for my abs .
I looked bigger in photos than in person . (I was a clean eater, but ate junk food every once and a while )
July 2020 - I started taking fitness more serious after I was laid off from my national tour (due to covid-19).
I would try to go to the gym when I could on tour , but it was hard due to long show days . I danced for about 30 hrs a week or more. I started taking mass gainer and creatine to maintain my weight . I got up to a 185 Plateau on tour. I still remained thin but I noticed more muscle definition.
After the tour ended , I began to eat eat eat, I started to lift more often and heavier, bike riding , and self weight workouts. I started taking more mass gainer.
I am now 205lbs.
Now I am nowhere near where I want to be. I am a very clean eater now (mostly vegan ) I just eat a lot now. I started to notice cellulite in my mid section due to rapid weight gain and mass gainer protein powder. I am no longer cut like I use to . I realize that this is part of the process . I am going to continue to bulk. When I am happy with my size, I will start to shred again and try to make my abs pop like they use to. Stay tune , I want to start a YouTube channel. I am not an expert, I still have questions. I’ll still take feedback .i just want to share my journey with you all
