It all started back in October. My body had changes, mood fluctuated, food choices differed, travel (my love and passion) was being difficult, something wasn’t so correct. Periods weren’t on time. Sometimes I felt I conceived but again the cycle began and I was assured of things being all normal. Until March when I came home and told Mom I missed my monthly cycle for last two months. Mom immediately got me @preganews kit and also got test done from @srlcare and the result came out to be “positive”. Happiness, ecstasy and positivity dwelled all over. Due to the COVID-19 situation we didn’t know where to go but then finally we found out @bhagirathi_neotia_hospital to be safe so we went there. We finally managed to visit the doctor and the doctor prescribed few tests and an USG (anomaly scan). When the USG procedure started the radiologist’s statement gave me one of the biggest shock of my life- she said I’m “32 weeks pregnant” (i.e. 7months). After listening to my period cycle story for the last few months the radiologist explained me the scenario of “implantation bleeding” and so was my case. From my body changes, to looking back to the past where it all started (but which I wasn’t aware of), the baby kicks and to the feeling of being a mother, everything was so much exciting and I was enjoying it all. But suddenly in the 8th month I had grown PIH (pregnancy induced hypertension) so the doctor decided to have the C-section done on 38weeks (9months) to keep both me and the baby safe. And finally with God’s grace all went well and we were blessed with a baby boy #advaymukherjee . From my pregnancy I’ve learned a very important lesson that each pregnancy is different and different doesn’t always mean complicated. Forget all your fears and just enjoy the 9months of having a soul in you growing . I really miss my pregnancy.
