I am rearranging timelines because I thought about Zenix being around when Levin first showed up once and now I need it. I need Uncle Zenix. They could have such cute moments together.
Also I want Zenix to come back after he shoots Garroth and help him recover while harboring the secret that he was the one who hurt him in the first place. Garroth hallucinates that Zenix is Vylad, brushes a curl out of his face and apologizes for not being there when he died, and Zenix, knowing that he's not talking about him, takes his hand and tells him he forgives him like for a moment he can pretend it is him Garroth thinks he's talking to.

Dionysus growing up with a bunch of satyr kids and they're all eating their fruit and veggies for lunch because they're herbivores while Dionysus is tearing into a raw steak marinated with ambrosia (growing gods need their supplements. it's like calcium for reptiles)

Lord Barok van Zieks, uncle of Iris van Zieks, and London's most notorious prosecutor.
Shortly before the Professor’s final murder, Barok accompanied his sister-in-law to Dartmoor to aid her during the last weeks of her pregnancy. It was only after losing her in childbirth that he learned of his brother's murder and found himself the sole guardian of his niece. Unaware of the identity of the "Professor", he found purpose in caring for his remaining family rather than in seeking retribution for those he lost.
Upon beginning his career as a prosecutor, those who were acquitted in his trials began dropping dead. Though no such death could be traced back to him, it was rumoured that those vengeful acts of vigilantism were perpetrated by the spirit of his late brother. Barok rejected the notion for how it could negatively impact his niece. After all, he had to suffer the violent consequences of his reputation even if he never willfully stepped into the role of a courtroom wraith.
The attacks against him became too much, and he retired after three years to dedicate all his efforts to raising Iris. Five years into his retirement, he discovered her written works in a magazine. "The Reaper of the Bailey" dug into the details of his past cases and embraced the supernatural gossip regarding the mysterious deaths that followed. While he still disliked the rumour, he accepted the fiction for what it was - Iris' way of coping with the loss of her parents - and allowed her to continue publishing with his oversight.
However, as the series continues, he discovers that Iris' stories may uncover the true nature of the curse afflicting their family.
My ko-fi. My commissions are open, and I post sneak peeks of projects like this for supporters.
Roses are such a fitting symbol for Aphrodite. Beautiful, romantic, feminine and with an enchanting fragrance. Both seem delicate but have thorns you and make you bleed if you're not careful enough.
I loooove depictions of warlike Aphrodite covered in brambles.
Steve: Bucky and I are no longer dating.
Bucky: Steve, that’s a horrible way of telling people we’re married.
Steve:
Bucky: I love it, lets go tell Barton.
Can we please talk about that moment in Civil War where Peter easily stops Bucky's fist as he's about to punch him? And Bucky is visibly surprised and totally shocked, because what the hell this chatterbox kid is actually strong? And I know that a lot of people will argue that Bucky was holding back and not using the full force of his powers, which is true, yeah. But I'll argue that, he might not have used 100% of his power but he totally threw that punch with the intention of knocking him out and keeping him out? Yeah he wasn't trying to kill the guy but he was definitely aiming to hurt him to some extent. But Peter stopped it like it was nothing, not just that but is completely impressed by the metal arm and is totally not scared of him and since that moment Bucky thinks of him from time to time. Because, ever since HYDRA did what they did to him, no one has ever been able to stop him. Not even Steve, he had almost killed Steve when they went head to head before he was freed from HYDRA's mind control but this Spider-Man guy does it easily and effortlessly? I think we as a fandom moved on from this fact too quickly. There is so much potential there. I can totally see Peter becoming Bucky's comfort person, the person he feels safe with and can let his guard down around because he knows that if something happened, if for some reason he was triggered and became the Winter Soldier, Peter can stop him, Peter can knock him out no problem. This fact alone brings Bucky comfort, if he can't trust himself, he can trust Peter. So when they meet again after Civil War, a few years when Peter is a little older and less awkward and more talkative than a chatterbox, they click? They bond, they become closer, they just get each other you know? I just know they're protective of each other. And in the universe where Tony is alive and well, I know he'd be pissed as hell. But I just can't get over the idea that just like how Tony adopts orphaned children Peter collects middle aged men with PTSD and self worth issues (Tony is the biggest example here) and it just makes sense ahhhhh I need fics like this I neeeeeeeed it
Hey you're not going to get hate from me for being an apologist. Michael did a frick ton of things wrong, but he was angry, jealous and wanted to hurt Lucifer's reputation as much as possible.
Thank you my fellow apologist 🙏 It went way beyond just simply wanting to ruin Lucifer's reputation but yeah I know what you mean. He was so desperate to get out from under Lucifer's shadow, he did some very despicable things. I mean Michael literally had been manipulating Lucifer since the dawn of time and then successfully gaslit God, among other not so great acts.
But what can you expect from someone who gave everything to his family and the silver city yet was still overshadowed by his parents' favourite children. God and the Divine Goddess were awful parents. And unlike Lucifer, Michael did not have a circle of friends to push him towards the right path. His own brothers and sisters didn't even care for him, they only feared him. Both Lucifer and Michael were unwanted by their brethren, but Lucifer was fortunate enough to find friends and even grow closer to Amenadiel. Michael truly had no one.
Not to mention the writers did him so dirty. All that crap about anyone deserving a second chance and redemption, even Michael, and then the poor guy all but loses his divinity, gets thrown in hell and has to scrub its floors on all fours, half naked for eternity. Absolute bullshit and Lucifer would never condemn his own brother like that especially after having learned that even he, the devil, could be redeemed.

My interpretation of our favourite producer - host duo. I can't recommend Killer Frequency enough, easily one of my favorite games ever.
what happened to his children
These two.
I’m sure it’s canon.
A small clarification in case someone doesn’t know: Quinn loved to RIP OFF the heads of toys, even if they were alive. Cute, innocent child, I know. (By the way, Yarnaby bites the player on the head if he catches them)
