Hello everyone! We’re Snowy Meadow Cosplayers, and we’re a new meetup & resource group for cosplayers in Las Vegas, NV.Â
We’re proud to announce our first meetup! It will be happening on April 5th, from 1-3PM. We encourage anyone who can make it to come, but please make sure to read our rules page before attending!Â

The only thing we ask, is that you have a recognizable costume for the hero by the time of LVL UP Expo!Â
Feel free to apply for multiple characters as well! Unfortunately you won’t be able to do all of them in the panel, but having a smörgÃ¥sbord of heros for this panel is our goal!Â

The latest you will be chosen for a slot is 1 (one) week prior to the convention (04/19/19)

You may withdraw your application by using the hosts contact information below
You may withdraw from the panel by contacting the hosts on your platform of choice. It is preferred if you give enough notice to chose another applicant for your position, however in emergency circumstances we understand this might not be possible.
If this panel is not accepted, all accepted applicants will be notified.Â

PG-13: This is to allow the younger audience at the convention to enjoy the panel as well!Â
Respect the Panelists: This rule allows our panelists to refuse questions, dares, photo ops, ect. Basically, this allows people on the panel to stay in control of their boundaries, without having to worry about anything else.Â
No Current Events: Ya know, some of us just want to forget about the shithole that is the planet right now. This rule allows us to do exactly that.Â

Hi I would like to know how you guys make you cosplays?
Only a few of us make our cosplays, actually.The rest either have them made, or buy them.
If you really want to make your own cosplay, I suggest looking at mass produced patterns. I do know that Simplicity has things you could use for example, Italy’s coat and pants, Denmark’s coat, ect.You might have to look in different categories then you’d think they’d be in, though. Because the pattern that work’s for Italy’s uniform is actually a pajama pattern. Keep an open mind, and try to imagine what you could make with that pattern!
