So, I just got this unknown pony. She is hand painted and have some parts of printed marks on her body, but it seems that there is no sweet heart sister ponies with this form of marks

Her head can turn and it seems that never was glued on

And she has hasbro stamp on the hoove

Sooo, is there is any possibility that this is a some sort if a prototype pony?
