Saturday Shout Outs!

Hey guys (who am I kidding, hey no one), it's Saturday, which means shout out time!

So this week has been pretty rocky for me. Me and my boyfriend of three years just broke up, so I have been pretty depressed and haven't been posting a lot. And I know y'all know knows how that feels.

When some people are upset, they eat, or shop, or rebound, or cry a wave of a million tears, but I like to read. And for those of you living in Brighton I think you know how crazy it's been raining lately. Ergo, rain, no books, no reading, solution = Tumblr. I stumbled across a blog of a Canadian teenager called Kenzie-Chan. Now this sweet little (I'm assuming acutely Asian Canadian) girl, wrote an article, about how she has been depressed lately and I swear to god it made me cry! It's astonishingly well written but it's so sad.

So I wanted to shout out to Kenzie with lots of love and lots of respect

Lip balm is a fantastic thing for hydrating your lips, making them soft, healthy and happy, it’s even great for grooming eyebrows and highlighting the face, but as an eye primer? Not so much.

SO the time has come to release my first ever single, Happy Little Pill. I have spent the large majority of the last few years of my life on this website, hanging with you guys, that it only felt right to premiere it a day or two early on here haha

I wrote this song during a bit of a rough time for someone super close to me, and for myself, and it still means as much to me as the day i wrote it, and i’m still as in love with it as the day i wrote it (which is rare for me!!). I couldn’t be prouder to be giving it to you guys today :’) Thanks for sticking around for so long, for supporting me and other online talent, and for now listening! I have the best and craziest and most committed audience in the world, and I love you all endlessly.
