Mail - Chibs Telford
You stormed into the office of Redwoody, the envelope clutched in your hands. Barging straight in without knocking, you swung the door on its hinges, causing Tig to jump up out of his seat in surprise. "I need a word." You spat, your glare fixed on your old man. He sat behind the desk, his hands resting on the edge as he rolled his eyes. "We're busy here." He responded through gritted teeth. You knew full well you were pushing it, but you weren't scared of the SAMCRO President. You continued to glare as you held up the envelope in explanation. He let out a growl, showing his teeth the way he always did when he was angry. He stood from his seat, nodding to the others to get out. They took the hint, Tig lingering at the door and giving you a look that asked if you would be ok. You flashed him a smile, letting him know you could handle yourself. When he had left and clicked the door shut, you moved toward it and turned the lock and then closed the blinds. "Ye better have a damn good reason for interruptin' this, Lass." Chibs sighed, standing over you where you had flopped down in one of the chairs. You slapped the envelope down on the desk, motioning for him to open it. He gave you a look of puzzlement before picking it up, tearing it open and pulling out the contents. The photos inside depicted Chibs with the town's sheriff, Jarry. She was laid down on the hood of her cruiser, in nothing but her underwear. It was clear what was happening in the images. Chibs scoffed, throwing the handful of photos down. "Lass, I can explain this." He began, but you were already shaking your head, a twisted smirk forming on your lips. "No need." You replied, "I already worked it out." His brow furrowed as you spoke, clearly he wondered how. You pointed a finger to the time stamp on the photo, tapping it twice. "This is dated three days ago." You stated, to which he nodded in response. "Whoever sent these to me wasn't very thorough with their photoshopping." You commented, moving your finger to point at the patches on Chibs' kutte. "VP." You said. He let out a relieved breath, then a short laugh. "These photos were taken before we met." You kept up the smirk, secretly delighted with yourself. "What I want to know," you said, standing and putting your hands on your hips. "Is who sent them." He nodded, agreeing with you. "You got an idea?" He asked, eyebrows raised. You nodded and then pointed straight back to the picture. "Her." You told him. He looked down at your finger, pointed at the sheriff. "Maybe she's jealous." You suggested. "Got any proof?" He asked. It kinda pissed you off that he thought you needed proof, why did it matter? You kept your cool though, shrugging and picking up the envelope. "If I can get her to write something, or break into her office and check her handwriting..." You trailed off, a gleam in your eye at the idea of breaking and entering. He gave you a curious look, glancing from your face to the envelope. Finally, he nodded in agreement. You grinned, excited for the crime. You leaned up and kissed his cheek before turning to exit the office. He grabbed your forearm as you turned, stopping you in your tracks. "Don't get caught." He warned, chuckling slightly as he watched you bounce out of the room.
