Hi! So I just wanted to ask because I was made aware that Australian Postage was suspended to the US and Puerto Rico.
I assume you are still packing Captain Orders as I haven't personally seen a shipping email. I assume we are waiting it out right?

hi! A couple months ago you raised the idea of extra zine copies being available for purchase - is that still on the table? If not that's totally ok! It would just be nice to know though bc the interest check for it was posted a while ago and then I didn't see anything after that

🚨Shipping Update🚨
We're slowly but surely packing and sending everyone's orders now, so please be on the lookout for an email from Australia Post with your tracking information.
🔴 LT Bundles have been packed + will be slowly sent out over this week.
🟠 CPN Bundles are being packed, will be sent from next week & beyond
🔵 SGT Bundles will be distributed over the coming weeks, but physical orders are our main priority right now
The LT bundles (pictured on the shelf) are all packed, but require shipping labels to be processed and attached, before being sent.
We had far more Captain's (merch) bundles, which is a bit more fiddly and slower to pack, hence our priority on the LT packs going first.
Good news! ❤️🧡💙 The zines have all arrived, which means we have all that we need to finally send orders out.
The bad news: they arrived the same day Lim went in for (very) minor surgery, so they'll need a few days to recover before they can haul boxes around but we'll update you here as soon as orders are ready to go.
If you have any last minute changes to your address, please DM or email us ASAP, as this will likely be your last opportunity to do so.

When will orders be shipped? I’ve reached out via email with no response, I’ve also spoken with several other people who have received no reply via email.
Hi,
We regularly check the email so if you haven't received a response, please do reach out to via our socials as well. Per our last update, we're currently behind on zine production but intend to get orders shipped as soon as possible. Our Twitter account has the most up to date information re: order status.
Our test print went fantastically and we're currently finalising the last changes to the zine before placing our final order. The stickers have arrived and our other printed merch is not far off being finalised either.
Please bear in mind that the zine is being run by two people with jobs and lives outside of the zine. We endeavour to remain as transparent as possible but we do require a certain amount of patience.
We've had some questions regarding purchase of any spare/extra copies Soap's Journal zine in the wake of recent events.
Re-opening orders for the merch bundle simply wouldn't be possible at this stage, but a limited run of the physical or digital zine might be doable.
While we're cautious of promising anything, if there's any interest we'd be open to reopening the store briefly; bearing in mind that any orders made in the first round will be prioritised to be shipped first.
