Detox Soup Recipe

Make this soup after a fun weekend, to stay healthy during the day in the face of a busy social week, or -- in my case -- both. 

Ingredients:

1 stalk celery 3 green onions 1 lb. of carrots 2 green bell peppers 2 cans of green beans 2 cans of diced tomatoes (I like fire-roasted) 1 can soup stock (beef, chicken, or veggie - your choice)  Spices to taste (salt, pepper, hot sauce, oregano, italian seasoning, parsley)

To make: Cut all the veggies in to bite-size pieces. Put all the ingredients in to a large stock pot and add water to cover the veggies. Add spices to taste. Bring to a boil and then let simmer for an hour or so. Add more seasoning if you like. It's ready!
