After reviewing the metrics/dimensions of contortionists, I learned my arms are 5 inches too long and my distance between the lower 'rib cage' and the 'pelvic bone' at 'greatest diameter' is 2 inches too close.
Too be conservative, shortening the arm length by 3 inches and extending the rib-to-'pelvic' by 4 inches can lead to body ratios that make sense.
My 'total elbow' diameter can be cut in half to the correct ratios. The same for the knees.
Rib cage should be 5 in. [12.7 cm] in diameter for my height.
