Do you know how to make a sock pattern that will fit a specific size or any patterns that are able to be changed to fit a certain size?

There are many adjustable patterns that provide guidelines based on what you want the final size of the sock to be.  

The one I know of off the top of my head (that’s also free) is Rye by Tin Can Knits, which I feel like I recommend on this blog at least once a month. ;)  Here’s ravelry user cabinfour’s version of them:

But there are definitely others.  Can anyone else give Nonny some suggestions?
