End of Month Awards December 2025
For the final Biggest Idiot of the Month of the year, we have a TIE between Connor's two self-inserts, Eddard "Ned" Grey and Drake Lupus
Ned deserves it for blocking Torus from killing a fox who aids a murderer, and saying shit like "I shall enforce law even if I disagree with it", proving him to be the most twisted, most evil character I've ever covered in this entire blog. And that is saying a LOT. And he even becomes the Chief Officer of Interpol in the end somehow, and gets an entire shitty story, "The Ned Director" which is just Connor's thinly veiled manifesto and proof in the pudding that Ned has sent Sly Cooper world into a nightmare timeline you can't escape from.
While Ned's idiocy had a bigger impact, it was Drake Lupus the crybully who had more screentime and deserves to share the spot. A self-insert so pathetic he transforms into a naked, sobbing, 13-foot-tall black werewolf because Torus called him “pup.” They try to make it super duper deep by saying "By not wanting to be like Clockwerk, he became Clockwerk" but I would argue he became far worse than Clockwerk because he keeps repeating "I am what I say I am", and him being released at the end of the comic shows a ton of dark implications as if Ned being the Chief Director isn't enough. Maybe Celesto will take care of him since Rolling Tremblay covered Ned.
The runnerups for this month were Sly for wanting to have anything to do with Drake especially after his mental breakdown, Owlfuck and his court of corrupt owls for promoting Ned and Vick for being annoying. From Carry On we had Kathy and Limpdick for their sudden transformation into sexual lovebirds and Sandy for not making up her mind about if Limpdick is good for Kathy or not. From Poppy Opossum we had the citizens of Eggeston for being racist against possums even if Petunia paid them to not hire Poppy.
And Least Hateable Character of the Month is Poppy O'Possum from comic of the same name.
Poppy has had the best first impression out of anyone I've riffed. She is a strong, badtempered yet loving mother who lets people find out after they fuck around. She is a rolemodel and an icon in her debut. She is a likeable character despite her OP'ness, earning her a "justified OP character" status alongside Rolling Tremblay. I can't wait to read more of this comic.
The runnerups were Lily for being an adorable cultural kid and good source of comedy, Petunia for having a character arc in the beginning of the comic, even if bribing people to not hire Poppy was fucked up and the mafia guys for being threatening as fuck and proper example of a good, hateable villains. From Carry On we had Trader Horn for continuing to be the comedic backbone of the comic, and from Thief of Virtue we had Torus for wanting to kill Vick, Clockwerk for killing Jack Lupus and of course, Estrella the Girlboss.
But now it's time for the big question, who is the Biggest Idiot of the Year 2025??? Well, the answer is extremely obvious, it's Connor's self-inserts.
I'm so fucking sick of talking about Connor I am not gonna say anything.
