STR1FE is the band to my rockstar Dirk AU

Founded by Dirk Strider and Roxy Lalonde, these two rock out together along with their bandmates John/June Egbert, Tavros Nitram, and, Dirk’s little bro, Dave Strider. Their manager, Lil’ HAL doesn’t quite understand the concept of a Garage Band, let alone a basement. They’ll get actual venues along the way.

Dirk Strider is going through a “break-up” with his now-ex-boyfriend, Jake English (really just a break from each other)!

Unfortunately, this causes Dirk to relapse. He’s not the most stable guy despite his cool exterior, and Roxy knows that. So, she pushes him to try and make music again! Y’know, form a baaand!! Dirk considers this idea, and pulls an all nighter writing an entire album and within the following week records with his crew! First fan being the lovely Jane Crocker, Dirk’s new roommate along with the breakup. She bakes the band some congratulate treats :)

And the rest is still in development. Sorry! I’ll post more refs and doodles here and there about these guys!
