Six Questions for a Winning Plan:
1- WHY do we exist? --- Keep it simple, real and relevant, stir the emotion, it reflects the core of your existence. It should give you and your team a reason to be excited ab getting up and going to work everyday, on Mon morning. 2- WHERE are we going? --- If you don't invest time to know where you want to go, you will never in a position to get there. One you have your 'where' you can invest in the 'how'. 3- HOW will we conduct ourselves? --- It reflects your values, influence how you design your pp systems, work systems. Think ab very few values you hold as core, nonnegotiable, target 3 to 5 core values at most. 4- WHAT will we do? --- It is far better to limit a few strategies and "stick with them" than formulate so many that you ca't fully execute them. 5- HOW will we measure success? ---The nature of a strategy will dictate what makes sense to measure: sales, profits per employment, expenses as a percent of sales, employee engagement level, return equity, market share, customer satisfaction, and so on. 6- WHAT improvements/ changes must we make? --- trigger some changes in order to take your performance to the next level.
Ideas are easy. It is the execution of ideas that really separates the sheep from the goats

Let's step slowly!
Grow slowly, and see what is suitable. Once you have grown, scaling down without laying off people and changing the way you have been doing is extremely hard.

" Làm việc không cần kế hoạch cũng tốt. Chỉ cần lên máy bay, cất cánh. Bạn có thể mua một chiếc áo sơ mi đẹp, kem cạo râu và bàn chải đánh răng khi bạn tới nơi. Làm việc không có kế hoạch có thể hơi đáng sợ. Nhưng mù quáng làm theo một kế hoạch chẳng dính dáng đến thực tế thì còn kinh khủng hơn".

Of course I’ll hurt you. Of course you’ll hurt me. Of course we will hurt each other. But this is the very condition of existence. To become spring, means accepting the risk of winter. To become presence, means accepting the risk of absence.
— Antoine de Saint-Exupéry
Your time is limited, so don't waste it living someone else's life. Don't be trapped by dogma which is living with the results of other people's thinking. And most important, have the courage to follow your heart and intuition. They somehow already know what you truly want to become.
Steve Jobs, 2005
Gardens, not buildings
Great projects start out feeling like buildings. There are architects, materials, staff, rigid timeline, permits, engineers, a structure.
It works or it doesn’t
Build something that doesn’t fall down. On time.
But in fact, great projects, like great careers and relationships that last, are gardens. They are tended, they shift, they grow. They endure over time, gaining a personality and reflecting their environment. When something dies or fades away, we prune, replant and grow again.
Perfection and polish aren’t nearly as important as a good light, good drainage and a passionate
The moon does not fight. It attacks no one. It does not worry. It does not try to crush others. It keeps to its course, but by its very nature, it gently influences. What other body could pull an entire ocean from shore to shore? The moon is faithful to its nature and its power is never diminished.
- Deng Ming-Dao
Your first mistake might be assuming that people are rational
Your second mistake could be assuming that people are eager for change. And the marketer's third mistake is assuming that once someone knows things the way you know them, they will choose what you choose.
