The Opposite movie?
See this is what I don’t understand:
Why can’t we have a movie where the hero joins the dark forces?
Like, why can’t we have a movie where the main hero betrays their commerades and joins forces with the villain to being about a new age, and spread chaos?
Can you imagine the possibilities and where the story could go?
It could be focused on their destruction of the world, and how the hero gets bad PTSD flashbacks of the past when they were once good.
They could even develop new relationships, face the hardships of being shunned as a villain, and all of the fun stuff that comes with.
I can’t even.
Here’s an example: what if Thor realised his brother was right? What if they didn’t have to fight and became a power couple-the whole universe would change and they could have ruled the world.
Or Kylo Ren and Rey in The Last Jedi-their union would take Star Wars to an entire new level. I can’t even fathom it.
Just...imagine
Ugh, damn-I wish this could be a thing. It would be better than any of the clichè ‘hero always wins’ crap we’ve got going around currently.
