ELSD Profile of Japanese Sake
These overlaid chromatograms compare the profile of Japanese Sake analyzed with ELSD, UV at 254 nm and 210 nm.
This analysis was performed in order to detect amino acids in Sake using the SofTA ELSD.Ā Because Sake contains various sugar-related compounds, it is difficult to find complete separation condition. However, this chromatogram demonstrates that the SofTA ELSD provides a chromatographic profile of a beverage that contains many compounds that have no UV absorbency.
